I have a Deebot X11 OmniCyclone and it’s been incredible for us.
I use the x11 on my tiles and it's been fine. You can adjust the water flow to avoid streaks, which is key. It also has fast charging, so it manages to cover my floor without much downtime. Corner cleaning is decent too.
2000sft place is pretty big. I’ve been trying out my new X11 lately, and the battery lasts a long time. It feels like it could handle your whole place in once. I also have hardwood floors, and the roller mop works great on them and does a good job cleaning.
Maybe ecovacs x11? I’m using one now, it has a roller mop. I have a small tiled area at home, and it usually doesn’t leave much water behind when mopping. For carpets, it really depends on how thick they are. If the carpet isn’t too high, it can get on it and vacuum just fine.
Actually, as long as you set the water level used for mopping appropriately (I usually set it at medium or low), there's no need to worry about damage. I use deebot x11 in my place to mop the hardwood floors, and it does a good job, no water streaks or scratches on my floors.
You might want to look for something with stronger downward pressure on the mop, like some roller mop model, ecovacs x11 should be nice. It presses the mop against the floor more, which may help with cleaning those grooves. For drying water spots, using a lower water level usually helps too. I do that on mine and it dries pretty quickly.
Just bought the ecovac x11. Holy smokes that thing is supreme. My floors are spotless and it navigates around everything with ease. I just sat at work and watched it clean the house via its front camera. Take the plunge, you won't regret it!
My advice is to never buy a robot vacuum at full price there are always deals, so it's worth waiting. The Matrix 10 Ultra is an interesting device, but I wouldn't get it. I think it has potential but in it's current state it's almost pointless, kind of like the Roborock Z70 with its robotic arm. It also takes forever to clean since it has to swap pads, wash them, etc. It's a dumb product, although not as dumb as the Z70. As of today, the robots I would get are the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Track and the Ecovacs X11 OmniCyclone. Maybe also the Eufy E28 (Im a bit unsure about this one), but that's mainly because of how easy it is to maintain the roller and the dock. But I would generally recommend basically any good robot that has a massive price gap. Between the top models as they are like 90% as good as the top end for 50% the price. Also, don't get scammed when deal hunting! Always use sites that show price history so you can see if you're actually getting a deal.
Bought an ecovacs d11 Omni before Xmas and loved it so much I bought a second one for my lower level last week. Night and day difference in clean quality from my roombas and the object avoidance is crazy good. Lot of haters out there but I’m more than impressed.
I was making the same decision last week between the same models you've mentioned. Eventually went for the Ecovacs x11 omnicyclone. I was very hesitant as the reviews are mixed, but the scores on vaccumwars sold me. Couldn't be happier. The navigation is impressive as is the hoovering and mop functionality. Some complaints online about the app, but from what I can tell, some users are using an older version which does look poor, but the one I downloaded from Play store is great. Can watch the robot in real-time, full schedules and live mapping etc. Roller mop is also great. I did initially have a problem with it not wetting the roller but figured out that I just hadn't closed the water tank properly - now its very much working. Can't complain, very happy. Will definitely be keeping it if it maintains its performance so far.
We ended up choosing X11 and are happy so far. It's already a V3 roller mop and it has nicely thought out details that others don't have, such as the mini rollers on the side of the mop. It did take some time and research effort to decide on it though, after cancelling orders of z60, flow and aqua 10.
I couldn't get x11 do small rugs/ mats without tangling in them. only the doormat with reasonable well seal to the floor doesn't cause problems. great machine apart from that. it replenishes battery during mop wash breaks, works well
Using a X11 omnicyclone. Hands down the best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended 👍😀
Yes, a black Labrador. No match for the x11. Every other robot Iv owned (roomba/dreame) have had issues getting the hair out of the robot when emptying but that’s is not the case with the 11.
X11 Ecovacs. Worx extremely well both mop and vacuum. Not having to use disposal bags is a game changer - at least for me. No problem handling our labradors hair either and nothing gets stuck in the robot when auto emptying. 5/5
Best one Iv owned hands down. Highly recommended.
I have been using both and the X11 beats the dreame in every aspect. In comparison the dreame seems like a toy. Just the fact that the x11 does not require bags for trash is a game changer.
It’s automatic. You have to empty the trashbin in the base station from time to time but it’s super easy. Just take it out and empty the trash where ever you see fit. No other maintenance.
I have a black labrador and the ”hair management” is amazing on the x11. No tangles and the bagless feature is a game changer. Having owned several other brands, all claiming to have good pet hair handling, the x11 really talk the talk and walk the walk.
Iv had mine for about 2,5 months now and I have never experienced any of the problems you describe. I am super satisfied with mine, just a great workhorse doing its scheduled tasks every 5 days in the week. Coming from a dreame machine that Iv previously owned the x11 outperforms it in every aspect and makes the dreame look like a toy in comparison. The bagless dust solution itself is so freaking great (got a Labrador pet).
Also the DEEBOT X11 is best in class when it comes to pet hair imho. Just the fact that it’s bagless makes it a winner for me.
