I’ve just got the x12 from the x11, I’m not sure if it’s me or the x11 was better at mopping 😅 not seen it once use focus jet even tho it’s turned on….think i may have to give the t90 a go 👌🏻
Ecovacs X12 no issues so far whatsoever 🙏🏼
I just picked one up, and the price seems fair to me. It is pretty simple to use, as it can adjust suction, water flow, and routing based on my routines and room layout itself. It also does a decent job with stubborn dirt and corners. Overall, I 'd say it meets my expectation.
I live in a single-floor place. I’m using an ecovacs x9 pro and its app lets you choose different mopping modes for different floors. Storing separate maps for each floor helps. My deebot can detect carpet and hard floors, lift the mop, and increase suction when it hits carpet.

I just unboxed my X12 and have been using it for a bit, the roller mop seems to have been upgraded, and it's doing a good job on my floors. Besides handling the messier areas in the kitchen, it has this mop cover that closes up when it hits a carpet, so the mop doesn't get the carpet wet.
I just picked up the deebot x12 recently, it's a bagless model, and honestly it's been great. I was worried about it filling up or smelling bad, but that doesn't happen. There's a filter at the top, and since it's mostly just dry hair and dust, there's no odor at all. The bin is actually huge too, so you don't have to empty it as often as you'd think. Worth checking out.
It's better to get a robot with a liftable roller mop. My deebot x11 can lift a bit, but it looks like the x12 can do it too. It also has a mop cover that closes over the roller when it's on carpet, so it won't get your carpets wet.
