I have an Ecovacs and I’m really happy with it. I once had an issue with the water tank, and all I needed to do was send a quick video on WhatsApp showing the problem. They immediately shipped a replacement part to my address, and a technician came home to install it. Reaching their after sales team was such a smooth and hassle free experience.
r/Kochi • Anybody using robotic vaccum cleaner? Which brand is good and has good after sales service in Kochi/Kerala? ->Mine's an N10, I don't think that model is available anymore.
r/Kochi • Anybody using robotic vaccum cleaner? Which brand is good and has good after sales service in Kochi/Kerala? ->Oh absolutely! A robovac cannot match the performance of a full-fledged vacuum cleaner. A robovac is perfect for everyday cleaning, but every now and then, I will still take out my Eureka Forbes Mop N Vac for a thorough clean. (Plus, you can't put detergent inside the robovac, it mops with just plain water).

I have flat weave rugs and my N10 which is 4300 pa works perfectly fine. I'll go over the rugs once a month or so with a wet vacuum cleaner (the Eureka Forbes mop n vac).

I am really happy with the device. It does such a good job. I’ve not had any complaints to the point where I’ve needed to call the after sales service. Its spare parts are also available on Amazon easily. So to me it’s a great vacuum 👍🏼
r/Chennai • How good is ECOVACS Vacuum Robot after-sales service? ->The tech on these vacuums have advanced quite a lot in a short period. I bought the Deebot N10 with cleaning station and it keeps our house clean of hair with 3 woman and two huskies! That said, I have seen the adverts on the Dreame X50 and that would be what I'd get next.
r/RobotVacuums • I am desperately trying to find the objectively best robot vacuum for long hair? ->I live by mine. Deebot with self emptying. Has full map and Lidar so barely gets caught. Starts when I leave home and when I return it docks and empties. I barely see it.
r/IsItBullshit • IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money? ->I think if you're not willing to pay £450 + you're always gonna have a bad mop Imo. I'd say at that price range just focus on the one that has the best vacuum feature. I've got a deebot N10 plus personally but there's probably better options now but that's a similar price to the Xiaomi. The self empty station is pretty important as well. I like the n10 cos I can replace the bags with cheap Henry hoover ones with a bit of jigging about.
r/RobotVacuums • Any reason to avoid Xiaomi X10? (UK). ->Bought ecovacs deebot n10 The suction power is really good
r/Frugal_Ind • Robotic vacuum cleaner recommendations? ->I got to disagree here. The cleaning that the vacuum does, no human can reach that level of cleaning.
r/Frugal_Ind • Robotic vacuum cleaner recommendations? ->We started using one back in 2020, that's five years ago, last year we replaced it with Ecovac N10.
r/Kochi • Anybody using robotic vaccum cleaner? Which brand is good and has good after sales service in Kochi/Kerala? ->I have a reasonably-older DeeBot with the laser and yes, it does well with avoidance and the mapping works very well -- when I transport it to the basement it knows and uses that map, and vice-versa. The only complaint I have with them is that the main brush motor gear assembly is buried and ALL of these, no matter who make them, have plastic gears in said motor assemblies -- they WILL fail over time (as will the batteries, like any other lithium pack), and when they do the availability of parts from other than "small packet" via China may be slim and none. These things are silly expensive to trash over a $20 part so parts access and capability to disassemble it and change components like this (and the parts are CHEAP -- if you can get them) is and should be a MAJOR consideration lest you wind up tossing it as soon as one of these parts go bad out of warranty.
r/RobotVacuums • Thinking of upgrading my robot vac — does obstacle avoidance actually work these days? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
