I have an Ecovacs and I’m really happy with it. I once had an issue with the water tank, and all I needed to do was send a quick video on WhatsApp showing the problem. They immediately shipped a replacement part to my address, and a technician came home to install it. Reaching their after sales team was such a smooth and hassle free experience.

Oh absolutely! A robovac cannot match the performance of a full-fledged vacuum cleaner. A robovac is perfect for everyday cleaning, but every now and then, I will still take out my Eureka Forbes Mop N Vac for a thorough clean. (Plus, you can't put detergent inside the robovac, it mops with just plain water).

Honestly, unless you’ve got thick, high-pile carpets, 5500 pa is sufficient. I have flat weave rugs and my N10 which is 4300 pa works perfectly fine. I'll go over the rugs once a month or so with a wet vacuum cleaner (the Eureka Forbes mop n vac).

I got to disagree here. The cleaning that the vacuum does, no human can reach that level of cleaning.

We started using one back in 2020, that's five years ago, last year we replaced it with Ecovac N10.

I had a Deebot before (their first self empty doc). It kept falling off WiFi and wouldn’t clean. I dropped it and went to a Roborock S7 and that’s been fine. Back in the market to upgrade and I worry about X11 for this reason. But the spec list looks pretty solid. Torn…

4 in my house. Mostly hardwoods on the 1st floor and the roller mop on the ecovac T80 Omni does a great job. Living room is a step down so that has another Ecovacs auto empty, same for 2nd floor, and basement. Pretty much they all run on schedule but once in a while one gets stuck.

I have an ecovacs deebot that does both vaccuuming and mopping. I used to have a Eufy, but this one is way nicer. They're expensive, but really amazing, and I was able to buy mine from their website on a payment plan. The one I have has a big tank for clean water and one for the dirty water. As it's working, it goes back to its station often, which automatically washes the mop pads and cleans dirt out of the vaccuum with suction. When it's done, the station has a hot air dryer that keeps the mop pads dry. I have a few sets of pads, and I wash them in the washing machine regularly. I agree with the other commenter to make sure you get one with smart mapping, mine does and it works great!
