Yes I bought it in a flipkart sale, so the initial plan was to buy a N20. It got sold out quickly. Mom was sad. And suddenly they launched N30 the same day. So we bought it without giving it a second thought. ICICI card got us 4k off. Same offer is available now ig.

ours is just an ecovac from aldi - bought it a few yrs ago though so there would be much better models now. I like the idea of the ones that self empty - next time I need a replacement!

Their customer care is quick, whatsapp responses immediately and resolution are within a day itself. And they are served by Frootle, which got a shop+service center in Kakkanad. Overall, highly recommended

I agree with others, if you want to use it on multiple floors but don’t want to carry it around all the time, it’s best to get two units. Or you can just move the station to the floor you want it to clean, so you only have to move it once and still get all the features.

I like being able to modify zones as needed and set flooring directions. And anything that can effectively map furniture and navigate around it. Have LOTS of bar stools on the island and breakfast bar. I actually ended up trying out the ecovacs and it was struggling so it will be going back… also the ecovacs app it’s pretty featureless.
