Yes I bought it in a flipkart sale, so the initial plan was to buy a N20.
It got sold out quickly.
Mom was sad.
And suddenly they launched N30 the same day.
So we bought it without giving it a second thought.
ICICI card got us 4k off. Same offer is available now ig.
I have Ecovacs N8 plus (aging, about to retire), N30 and X8 in two floors. Pretty happy with product and support network in Kochi. Their customer care is quick, whatsapp responses immediately and resolution are within a day itself. And they are served by Frootle, which got a shop+service center in Kakkanad. Overall, highly recommended
We got the Ecovacs N30 and it’s been working fine. I agree with others, if you want to use it on multiple floors but don’t want to carry it around all the time, it’s best to get two units. Or you can just move the station to the floor you want it to clean, so you only have to move it once and still get all the features.
The dust collection box for Pro will not be needed to be emptied for at least 3-5 months.. if that’s not a big task then go for lower version.. N30 white.
