Have Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni, bought in sale from Amazon, been an year now. Vaccum is good. Mopping, not so good but still good. Dont have a maid since last one year and it does the job well. Next time, I would but a vaccum only robot. Mopping, will buy a non robotic one separately. But thats just my take.
I've got the N30 Pro from Amazon. Works well in my condo, vacuuming and mopping has been spot on, no issue so far.
Using ecovacs N30 Pro Omni. Worth the money.
As a recent buyer of an ecovacs N30 pro omni, I am in some position to answer your questions. Other than the ones you mentioned, there's also iRobot and Eureka Forbes. I have seen some friends use iRobot. Eureka Forbes has a model omni station as well. Ecovacs is indeed somewhat better as a product that's been fairly well tested. But what frustrated me most is the attitude of the service team in India. Sales and service is managed exclusively by a company called Frootle. While they are readily available over WhatsApp and are reasonably friendly and prompt, their technical approach and customer orientation skills left a lot to be desired for my issue which I am told is rare. The main support team is in Mumbai who controls everything and the local city support (where available) is just a puppet extension. They want to close my issue as a non-issue now, which really flustered me no end. Especially after what customers pay for their product. Spare availability from what I hear is fine. So in summary 1) from the available options, ecovacs may be fine 2) but support in India, and other privacy systems SUCK big time 3) so, don't succumb to their marketing and try to spend big money on their best products 4) taper your excitement and spend only the bare minimum that would work for your requirements, assuming things go well; and if worst case things don't go well then you don't feel the pinch to cut your losses 5) definitely get as much of a sense as possible on whether the product you choose will definitely work well in your premises given things likenfurniture, curtains flooring colour, network strength etc etc I'll stop my rambling now. Hope this helps.
I’ve been using the N30 Pro for almost a year. Haven’t tried other models so I don’t really know if there’s anything better out there, but my N30 has been working decently for me and I don’t have much to complain about.
Ecovacs n30 pro omni has done fabulous for 3 plus months in my basement so far and usually around the 500 mark on sale. It does not have an internal water tank though so only wets the mops per your settings in the app which works fine for my needs. I use the eureka j15 pro ultra on my main floor and is awesome so far but is about double that price unless on sale.
Look into eureka j15 pro ultra, very satisfied with mine. I do have the n30 pro omni for my basement and is also very good for a mid range model.
I would stay clear of ecovacs products lately. They have been going downhill on quality alot. There are alot better options for the money. I do have the ecovacs n30 pro omni in my basement that I really like but took 6 bad robots to get one good one. Gave up on ecovacs for the main floor robot and finally went with the eureka j15 ultra pro and loving it so far. I'm super interested in the new eufy e25 with roller mop and alot better suction coming out in June or the e28 with portable steam cleaner out now. I just powered off the eureka after 2 months of daily cleaning and couldn't believe not 1 hair on the main roller so the scissor cutting feature really works. We only have 1 lab/border collie mix, a large parrot for pets and just the wife and I, so fairly clean house all the time.
I currently have a Deebot N30 Omni Pro. Its great as a first robo vacuum, but unfortunately it gets really confused when mapping the upstairs (ground floor it does fine). It goes from one room into the hallway and dithers about there. I don't want to move the whole station upstairs and want a solution where I can just pick it up and let it vacuum upstairs then let me know once done. Is this the wrong model for me? I was led to believe it does multifloor mapping. I dont want to manually put the station upstairs.
Hey I just bought another n30 pro omni as can’t find anything better then it, their technical support is good as well and I saw reviews of dreame their service and support doesn’t seem to be good enough.
I bought the first unit for 47k inr and the second one for 55k inr
Some models do. We just bought deebot n30 pro omni, that things mops. Accessories have to be bought separately though, and only RO water is to be used.
It does. Just bought one of those. Works quite well
I did, it is overall better tbh but few points: - I did not want camera, no pets so don't need it - I got mini for 34k (after bank discount), n30 pro after bank discount was 50k so not really worth it - Mini is smaller so goes inbetween chair legs for me Also checkout dreame l10s ultra, same price as mini but more features (with same drawbacks atleast for me - camera, large size, lower suction).
