I've got the N30 Pro from Amazon. Works well in my condo, vacuuming and mopping has been spot on, no issue so far.

I’ve been using the N30 Pro for almost a year. Haven’t tried other models so I don’t really know if there’s anything better out there, but my N30 has been working decently for me and I don’t have much to complain about.

I currently have a Deebot N30 Omni Pro. Its great as a first robo vacuum, but unfortunately it gets really confused when mapping the upstairs (ground floor it does fine). It goes from one room into the hallway and dithers about there. I don't want to move the whole station upstairs and want a solution where I can just pick it up and let it vacuum upstairs then let me know once done. Is this the wrong model for me? I was led to believe it does multifloor mapping. I dont want to manually put the station upstairs.

Some models do. We just bought deebot n30 pro omni, that things mops. Accessories have to be bought separately though, and only RO water is to be used.

I am using Ecovacs N30 pro for some time now. Works well. No complaints so far. It is not as efficient as a normal vacuum cleaner but it does a 80% good job. Again comparing a hand held vacuum cleaner with a robotic one is not fair considering the robots are relatively newer entrants. I did a lot of research on all the major brands and used AI to go through reviews and features before settling on Ecovacs. They have an outlet at Thrikkakara if you want to see a demo.

Because of their shape, no auto-vacuum can clean the corners as effective as a hand held vacuum. Still this one does a fair job. Not perfect.

Got the Ecovacs Deebot N30 Pro Omni. Service is provided by Frootle India. And it’s great. No messy floors for me anymore.

I love my Deebot N30 Pro Omni. It vacuums and mops then washes the mop heads and dries them. It has lidar technology so it doesn’t run over things I might accidentally leave on the floor. It honestly does an amazing job, and I run it every few days. I do have 2 dogs but they’re breeds that don’t shed a lot. I mostly need the vacuum because they track dirt in the house.

I have the Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni. It mops and vacuums then cleans itself. You would have to run it every day to keep up but it does a good job.

I have an Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni with a ruggable carpet in my front hall. Two dogs, a cat and a home daycare with 6 kids, plus 5 adults live in the home. It’s a lot. The robot vacuums and mops, but I have also had one where the mopping attachment is removable. The vacuum has no trouble going over the rug, but can also be programmed to go around it if I want. Occasionally the corner of the carpet gets lifted up but the vacuum just goes on - no big deal. I do have to set it to empty the dust compartment every 6 minutes or it won’t empty completely. I also have it set on the highest water flow. The carpets do take a bit of getting used to. The first couple of times you wash the carpet and put it back down you’ll likely struggle to get it flat. I’ve had mine for several years now and can get it set up in a few minutes. I would also suggest you buy one backing and several tops if you’re planning on hanging the carpet to dry. I use the dryer (ticks are super bad where we are) and have no issues.

I got an Ecovacs N30 Omni through Facebook marketplace for $220 brand new. I know it is inferior to Roborock, but not bad for the price.
