N8+ Pro

I have an ECOVACS Deebot N8 Pro+ it's Freaking AMAZING. It does it all, it's 2 years old and still works fantastic.

I have N8 pro , still works to this day. But it always get stuck and lost map every other week.

Following this because I’ll be updating this year from an Ecovacs N8 Pro. I will never buy another Ecovacs.

I have Ecovacs N8 plus (aging, about to retire), N30 and X8 in two floors. Pretty happy with product and support network in Kochi. Their customer care is quick, whatsapp responses immediately and resolution are within a day itself. And they are served by Frootle, which got a shop+service center in Kakkanad. Overall, highly recommended

Not much idea about N20 and Y1. Ecovacs is better on more upmarket models. MI or Eureka is better on starting models (VFM). That’s what I learned from N8 usage. Previously I had iRobot, N8 being a half a decade newer model had nothing much on value addition except for a base station with dustbag.

Ecovacs Deebot N8+ Had to replace battery once for around 8.5k that they said probably I was using in high suction mode all the time
