ECOVACS - T30 Pro Omni

I’ve had both the T30 and now I’m on the T50. I sent the T30 back as it kept thinking that the wood grain on my wood floor was an object and kept trying to avoid it. I ended up having to turn off object detection, which defeated the point of me purchasing it. T50 is much better with wood grain floors for me. But, although suction power on the T50 is reported as being higher, the airflow on the T30 seems better to me. In the UK they’ve just released the T30S with even better suction. IMO the T30 has a better brush bar too… If you don’t have wood floors with wood grain finish, I would probably get the T30.

I have t30 pro since last December. Pretty decent. Try buying directly from them, might even get additional discount (i bought through them only)

Look, if you are looking at the Dreame L series or Mova, you are basically asking for high-end features on a mid-range budget. I was in the same boat (wanted the L10s Ultra originally). For under 600€, you should absolutely look at the Ecovacs Deebot T30 Pro Omni. It hits almost every single one of your must-haves and actually beats the Dreame/Mova specs in a few key ways: * Hot Water Washing: You asked for 60°C; the T30 actually does 70°C hot water washing. It dissolves grease and sticky messes way better than the standard 55-60°C. * Anti-Hair Tangle: It has the ZeroTangle brush. It uses a special comb array that actively cuts hair off the brush while it cleans. If you have pets or long hair at home, this is way better than the standard rubber brushes. * Mop Lifting: It lifts the mop plates 9mm when it hits carpet or goes back to the dock, so it doesn't drag a dirty wet mop across your rugs. * Edge Cleaning: It has TruEdge, where the mop pad physically extends out to scrub corners and edges. * Sensors & Maintenance: It has the dirty water/clean water sensors you wanted and auto-empties the dust bag. Check out the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30 or X2 series - they're solid for cat hair. The rubber brushes don't tangle up like the bristle ones, suction is strong enough to handle shedding season, and they're pretty quiet for apartment living. Mopping is built-in, and accessories are easy to find on their site or Amazon. The auto-empty stations help a ton with all that fur too. Should fit your budget depending on which model you go with.

I feel you on the 2 kids + 3 pets struggle, floors are basically a combat zone. If the Qrevo isn't doing it for you, definitely check out the Ecovacs Deebot line (especially the T series when on sale). Their "Ozmo" mopping tech is a beast for sticky messes and pet tracks. You can often snag them under $500, and they might actually give you the "oomph" you're missing.

The after sales support has been good overall from my own experience, some of the issues seem to be pretty rare. Since I started using the t30, that smelly mop problem hasn’t happened again. And the mapping is easy to set up too, I usually clean by zones, it just feels more quick that way.

We have a t30 pro and it does exceptionally well for a house with a dog and 2 cats. Only time it really gets clogged up is when it picks up a chunk of cardboard from the kiddos. They are timed. Or it can be room by room. It'll get emptied everytime it needs the water filled. I've also read if your not using the genuine bags they can play up sometimes as well.

i'm glad you like it. but currently am not a big fan of ecovacs and their sub brands. i had bad experience with one of their models going in and out of repair.

I have a roborock s5 max that works perfectly for almost 5-6 years and I have an ecovacs t30 pro that I’ve had for the past six months or so and it’s now in repair under warranty for the third time. I’m trying to find a new robot with s5 max level of reliability and I don’t how.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I have two robots at home, one that is working flawlessly for the past 5-6 years (Roborock s5 max) and it’s replacement that I bought after reading reviews for a week or so (ecovacs t30 pro). The ecovacs has been a horrible experience, I have it for a little over six months and I just sent it in for repair for the third time. So I’m trying to find another Roborock s5 and not another ecovacs t30

Is the T30 Pro OMni available there? I probably would have gone with that over the L10s gen 2. [its cheaper and has better testing results](https://www.smarthomeassistent.de/saugroboter_vergleichen?sr=115182,125822). Dreame will have a much better app and setup experience though

Got the ecovacs T30 Omni pro. Does a good job on a big floor with lots of cats. But it's only a month old. Previous roborock S5 max worked for 5 years and was robust (but the wheel entangled in something and I couldn't fix it... ). But we never used the mop on it.

Got the e28 too. Glad with my choice (here I got it for 880€ with a 12% discount). Arrived Sunday. For reference, I had an ecovacs T30, the station was louder when drying the pads. Overall the station is loud just when sucking the dirt out of the robot, for the rest, it's really quiet. Genuinely very quiet even at max compared to my previous vacuums. The main problem is the apps to me. Multiple apps, the one working the best is not the Eufy Clean, but the Eufy security. I couldn't remap things on the first one. But I can't get the matter code on the second one... The standalone machine is cool too. Not very practical since you need to move around with the wire. But it's efficient enough for me. Also integration into home assistant (for those who are interested) isn't yet done for E series. I am gonna try to add it if I get time.

I would avoid the ecovacs one. Got the T30 died in less than 3 months. It's the lottery with them. Roborock has been a solid choice for me. Never tried any dreame one so I can't say.

Eufy everyday against ecovacs. T30 was very overpriced for the quality. It's the lottery with their product and customer service. E28 (same as e25) is a breeze compared to the T30.

I've a Ecovacs T30s Pro OMNI. Firstly the service has been really good in Bangalore, where I'm at.   Just last week called for a service to de-dust the internal electronics thinking it might have gone inside after this long (because usually dust is the reason these things fail). The technician came very next day and he opened it up and surprisingly it was really clean but what little dust was collected we blew it off using an air blower. Have not had another issues as such personally.  Bought it in Jan of this year. Initially spares were not available and the OEM ones were expensive so waited for a couple of months and many 3rd party ones popped up. Spares right now are very affordable and I'm using some 3rd party and it works fine.  Maintenance: 1. Once a week clean out the dirty water and refill the clean water. (~10m) 2. Once in 2 weeks clean the robot itself and clean the mop pads. (~30m) 3. Whenever the part replacement alarm comes up change those after inspecting the actual part for wear and tear. If the part still has some life I usually use it a little more before replacing them.   I have been mostly hands-off with the vacuum and it just works. Have a schedule for everyday morning before we wake up. House is spotless before we come out of our rooms. 

Welcome! Yes it's better than nothing. A lot of people say and will keep saying it's costly and maintenance etc etc but if you can afford it get the one with the dock  when you can. The factor of convenience alone is amazing for us. We do not have to rely on maid or anyone else to keep the house clean. We have a retriever at home so for us this is an indispensable tool.

I have the T30 Omni and it does very well in keeping my house clean with my hair that falls out constantly and 4 cats. Mine also auto empties. I think there’s something wrong with yours.

I also have a t30. And for the most part I’m happy. I’m just a bit frustrated since sometimes I notice streaks on my floors after a couple of weeks. I’ve changed the amount of water distributed but it hasn’t made a difference. I replace the mops once a week and wash the old ones and usually look brand new when I take them out. So that’s my main issue. My floor is also terrible that you literally just look at it then it gets dirty.
