I’m considering the Shark NeverTouch Pro because it’s currently reduced on Amazon to £399. I know many people tend to give it a low rating, mainly because of the app, but I’ve got £300 in Amazon credit, so I'd rather stick to what's available on Amazon UK. From what I can see, these are the other options (these are current Amazon pricings): * Narwal Freo Z – £900 * Roborock Saros 10 – £900 * Eufy E25 – £700 * Dreame L40s Pro – £466 * Ecovacs Deebot X11 – £719 * Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 - £999 A few extra points: * Roborock doesn’t seem that popular/easy to find in the UK to get a good deal, especially on Amazon. * I had a terrible experience with an old Eufy RoboVac G10 for several years, and it was constantly problematic, so I’ve pretty much sworn off Eufy. * On the other hand, I’ve had a Shark cordless vacuum for 4 years, and Shark’s warranty/customer service has actually been great for me. Even worn attachments were replaced without hassle With £300 of Amazon credit, the Shark NeverTouch Pro seems to cost half as much as most other decent options (except maybe the Dreame). Is it genuinely worth avoiding, or is it good value at £399? I’m much more tempted to buy something in this price range than spend nearly £900 on a Narwal or Roborock, especially if the real world difference isn’t massive. At the same time, I’d prefer not to purchase something cheaper if it ends up being frustrating or unreliable to use. For context, I live in an 80m² / \~860 ft² flat. Would appreciate opinions from anyone who’s actually owned the Shark NeverTouch Pro, or compared it directly against Dreame/Narwal/Ecovacs.
I had a Eufy G10 Hybrid for years (still works but the battery isn’t as long lasting anymore). Used to vacuum the whole apartment with our Dyson V11 and then send the robot around after. The dust collection box thing was always full somehow. Don’t know where it found the dirt but it did. Now we have one that mops and senses things in the way and avoids them. That’s a game changer with kids as I don’t have to spend 20 mins clearing the floors before sending it around.
Absolutely yes - my downstairs is wood flooring and any dust or dirt makes it look a mess - I bought a cheap eufy one a while back, no auto empty or even proper mapping - but it'll happily donder around and vacuum once a week leaving it looking lovely. This leaves me free to remember to occasionally do my upstairs with the vacuum cleaner. Actually, the corner of the landing is a little bit fuzzy so I'll need to sort it over the weekend, if I remember. Was a G10 hybrid from eufy I got for £89 as a refurb about 2 years ago, I've still not used the mop function. Will definitely look to replace it with something that auto empties next time.
I got the EUFY E10 last week and it's been really good. it hasn't got stuck once and the camera picks up obstacles and identifies them, it's identified wires and avoids them. We have two cats and it's been really handy with all the fur they shed. The mops also do a great job! To me it justifies the price
We bought our Eufy robo vac/mop last June, since then it's cleaned: 428 Times 317h3m 158380 ft² I would say that the investment was more than worthwhile.
Yes. 100%. I have one on each floor and a eufy robo-vacuum that is on a timer.
