I had a Eufy L70 for 4 years. At the 2 year mark the battery died. They sent me another one for like $45 via PayPal (!) support as they don’t sell batteries retail. Then 2 years later (exactly) the battery died again. Their support said they no longer support that model. Eufy then refused to give me the supported lifetime of any of their robot vacuums, so I totally ruled them out for future purchases.

Yes. 100%. I have one on each floor and a eufy robo-vacuum that is on a timer.

I bought a reasonably priced brand called Eufy about a year ago, and it does the self cleaning routine. Also has LIDAR to map the house, so it runs an efficient pattern and doesn't just randomly bounce off the walls. It was my first robo-vac, and I had no idea the technology had come so far. Freaking love that thing.

My old Eufy LiDAR vacuum does a great job cleaning hair off the floor. I think all modern Robot Vacuums do a great job cleaning up all hair from pets and humans.

r/AusFinanceBest purchase for you home or family, that you agonised over but ended up being a fantastic decision?

Eufy with lidar works well. You can restrict areas after you’ve mapped the house/rooms, the only inconvenience is fitting the mop head on and filling up the water but that would be the same for every model

We bought our Eufy robo vac/mop last June, since then it's cleaned: 428 Times 317h3m 158380 ft² I would say that the investment was more than worthwhile.

We have a robot vacuum (Eufy, the one that vacuums and mops) and it does a daily clean of the whole house and then post meal clean around the kitchen table

r/parrotsGuys what mopping/vacuuming robot do you have? Does it do the job?

I have 2 eufy mop + vacs and a regular shark. I think they’re amazing! They’re like little drunk robots that get into situations. If I had the dough I’d go for one that empties automatically.

Agreed - I have a fancier mopping eufy for the main area of the house but bought the shark on sale here as a refurb on woot for $90 for our bedroom to get the dog hair and it does that one room like a beast! I do love not having to deal with disposable bags!
