I’ve had eufy for years. The original one we bought still works fine.

Had the robovac x8 Misbehaved after 12 months. They sent a warranty replacement. Battery life went to shit after 15 months. Bought an AliExpress Lublulemon. Came with its own bin to empty itself into. Cost half the cost. Works great. Go cheap and Chinese. The apps shit but it does a great job 5 days a week.

Shark has the best vacuums and I just got the new floor roller steamer - best ever. Our floors are ALWAYS clean. I have an OG eufy robot though that may be a BILF! Next on my bucket list is getting the new robot mop with the not tangling roller 🤞🏼

We ended up with two Eufy ones after I fixed my original after they sent a replacement. The replacement unit had a design change to an internal component - that was the only difference.  I modified the old one with a piece of plastic, glue, and tape and the fix worked!  We’d cover the sensors and do a “battle clean” on Fridays to see who’d be paying for pizza.

I recently purchased the Roborock Qrevo S5V Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I’m seriously impressed 🤖✨ I started many years ago with the first-generation Roomba from iRobot—no app, no smart features, just roaming around the house cleaning 🌀. Over the years, I went through three generations of Roomba vacuums. Eventually, I switched from Roomba to the Eufy 8X with LiDAR from Eufy because I got tired of Roomba needing light to navigate 💡. Unfortunately, my Eufy 8X started having navigation issues, and I noticed it was never added to the new Eufy app. To me, that felt like it was abandoned 😕—so that’s when I decided to try the Roborock Qrevo S5V from Roborock. Now, I don’t have wood floors yet, but I’m very impressed with this vacuum. It cost me $599 💰, and I currently have it set to vacuum only. It does a fantastic job—you can literally see the cleaning path in the carpet 👀🧹. It also has huge clean-water and gray-water bins, and the app is beautiful and well designed 📱✨. I can’t really recommend the mop feature yet 😂 because I don’t use it for mopping. One thing I absolutely love is the built-in dust bin emptying system 🗑️🙌. My old Roomba would warn me when the bin was full, but my Eufy 8X would just lose suction if I forgot to empty it 🤦‍♂️. So I’d definitely say this: whatever robot vacuum/mop you choose, make sure it has a feature that automatically empties the dust bin into a bag. It’s 100% worth it as a feature 💯🔥

Yes it cleans deep. It has a lot of suction power. There’s a lot of impressive settings in the app! I’ve only had it a short while this vacuum and app are very impressive. The under belly is unique to other robot vacuums I’ve owned. Like I said the waste bin storage bin is impressive not having to worry about dumping the onboard waste bin will help maintain suction power! There’s been so many times I’ve forgotten to empty the onboard waste bin. And obviously a full waste bin on your robot vacuum won’t help with suction. My previous LiDAR Eufy 8x didn’t have a sensor for the onboard waste bin if it was full. Funny my older Camera Mapping Roomba had it. I have two cats I have to walk my home every morning verify no puke before I run it but I also enjoy watching it launch when I’m enjoying my coffee in the morning it’s a beautiful robot vacuum never thought a techy guy like me would buy a white robot vacuum it’s almost angelic!😇🥺🤣

Morning all, Hoping to get a recommendation on a robot mop and vacuum because honestly reading all the reviews is starting to send me batty and every time I think i find a decent one there are then like 10 comments saying to avoid it so hoping to get some recommendations from real people. I currently have a eufy x8 which is fine but the mopping function is useless and it gets tangled fairly often. It is super handy though because with 2 dogs I can't be bothered vacuuming every day but still want the house looking decent. I probably would have just kept this for another year or 2 but I had surgery a few months ago which left me unable to lift a mop bucket and the proper vacuum for 2 months so I realised having a robot that can do a good job on both would be so helpful. Hybrid plank flooring throughout the house with a few area rugs. One level house so no stairs or anything. 2 dogs, wirey terrier and short haired great Dane cross. I have heard the ecovacs Max pro is good but then some reviews mentioned the mop head not raising 18mm and constantly getting the carpet, the t30s combo looked really good to and has the additional stick vac which would be so handy but some reviews weren't kind to the mopping capabilities of it. Any help would be great thanks! If it helps I was looking at the eufy x10 pro omni (really good price atm), ecovacs t30s combo (stick vac would be super handy), ecovacs t50 pro and t50 Max pro (not really sure what the difference is other than the colour and $300)

I love our Eufy x8. Three and a half years old, it’s great.

I have two eufys The one for upstairs, which is a mix of carpets tiles and wood is an Eufy X8 which is 3 years old and which I absolutely love. It moves around the rooms seamlessly and returns to its station to charge. I usually empty it after each run. It does a fabulous job as it covers every inch of the rooms and even under beds and furniture. Downstairs I recently upgraded to an Eufy X10 pro omni, the downstairs area is tiled. This new machine is so much more advanced than my other eufy. It vacs and mops, I control it via an app. It is a Fabulous machine with a range of settings …vac only, mop and vac, extra deep clean etc you get the idea. With two large dogs, a Labrador and a Golden Retriever my house needs a really good vac and mop everyday. I would never be without them now that I realise the benefits they bring. I would absolutely recommend purchasing one.
