Reliable, great mopping (lifts pads), but poor cable avoidance.

I also got the Eufy X10 during Prime day and love it. Do you use a cleaner on your floors? I have it mopping with water and am hesitant to put a cleaner in the water as I have hardwood floors and a dog. Thoughts?
Thank you everyone for your feedback—it truly is appreciated. I just ordered the eufy x10 pro omni. I’ll come back and let y’all know!
*** UPDATE *** I bought the eufy omni x10 pro for about $800 CDN all in, including cleaning solution and replacement parts kit. I love it. It does everything I wanted in the price point I was looking for. ✅ Quiet ✅ Not too wet ✅ Carpet stays dry ✅ Keeps my data local So far, it seems easy to maintain. I empty the dirty mop water at night, rinse and air dry the container overnight to avoid smells. !RemindMe three months
I agree with this having owned both. I had to return the x10 last year due to battery issues (after replacements sent by eufy) and the mops were making a weird noise which was the breaking point. Currently have the E25 and very happy with it.
Thank you for helping out! It is definitely overwhelming out there. 1. 1200sqft with hardwood floors. Will remove kitchen and bathroom mats. 2. One 3. No transition 4. No pets. Just human long hair. 5. Toddler; toys are always put back in playpen. 6. Mostly dust, some food particles. 7. Less than $1000 CAD Live in Canada. Used eufy x10 pro for several months last year but had to return it after two replacements (battery and mop issues). Mopping is important, so want to upgrade to a roller mop style. Interested in eufy E25, ecovacs T80 omni, ecovacs X8 pro omni just to stay under my budget but open to other options in Canada. Thanks for your time!
Our Eufy x10 pro, has been working wonders across our downstairs for about a year now. Just keep a supply of mop pads to swap out every now and again.
Eufy x10 was my 1st robovac and I haven't looked back. https://youtu.be/gokPwp4viJg?is=VnEQTjYgJsn2Ue0b
I had the X10 Pro Omni and it was great, but it’s software went downhill after a certain version and the robot became pretty much unusable. I ended up swapping it for a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra and never looked back. Granted, the Dreame was €200 more, but it’s money well spent.
Many people complain of Eufy's support too. I used to own a X10 Pro Omni and had good experience with them, but the overall sentiment is that their support is terrible. You will not find a single brand that people are entirely happy with, that's for sure.
