"The roborock I have kicked and smashed with my foot so many times out of anger when it doesn't collaborate, and still he rocks 4-5 yrs later and no broken parts"
"they are extremely durable. ... I’ve got well over 1000 miles out of a pair and they still have grip and the uppers are in great shape"
"I've used them for 1500 miles of multi-day hiking with no issues!"

"I have 3 parrots so the floor ALWAYS has something on it. Bird poo, food, small chunks of wood, doesn't matter robots got it covered."
"I’ve seen on the camera the poor guy making multiple trips to self empty while in one room but it’s cut the hair buildup tenfold."
"With three they can just make it to a full week for emptying. ... Life changing."

"Get one with the emptying station and you can leave it untouched for months."
"splurge for the self emptying because if you have to empty it every time you're less likely to use it. We only have to empty ours like once a month and I have a 14mo and a 3yo who drop crumbs everywhere. ... we have a Shark with a large self emptying bin and that thing is great for the price point."
"It saved me so much anxiety and time because I was constantly fighting to make my floors feel clean. ... Now I just have to spot clean and vacuum the corners where the robot can’t reach."

"the hair cutting feature on the dock means i havent had to get in there and chop out all the cat hair or long hair from 2x long haired humans."
"has a cutting blade that trims all the caught hair and vacuumed it up into a bag, soooo nice!"
"It has a blade that cuts through the hair tangled around the brush, which is the most effective way to prevent hair from tangling and clogging IMO. ... The SES is definitely a game-changer."

"I love that it cleans its rollers too."
"there's no issue with hair getting wrapped around the brush roller, which saves me some trouble."
"The Eufy x8 pro self cleans. ... It does a great job of my wife’s hair! ... I check it occasionally and sometimes have to remove a couple of hairs with the included hand tool"

"it is also way more prone to tracking pet messes about, that happened once with a pile of cat vomit and I was a little traumatized."
"if you take if off the dock yourself it loses the mop function unless you restart it literally 10 times"
"for the love of God please don get a roomba combo model. They don work… ever."

"Whenever I do this with our 10R, I do find stuff in the dustbin, but there is never all that much. ... When the S8 goes through right afterwards, it's dustbin is completely full. The S8 that recleaned an already cleaned (by the 10R) room picks up five times as much stuff."
"All of the other Qrevo models use the same split single rollers with auto detangling as is used in the Saros 10R . None of the other Qrevo models will give you really good vacuuming performance. ... You can have a robovac with these rollers vacuum your house three times and it will not come out as clean as a dual roller model will the first time. ... The difference in vacuuming ability is immediately noticable when seen side by side."
"my X1 Plus is not [fine for ensuring that there's not visible cat hair/litter in my living room at any time]."

"I can't get my q7 max to connect to my phone anymore. ... It's so frustrating."
"I have to use google assistant to schedule run times. If I use the app, it runs whenever it wants ... That’s exactly what’s happening with mine."
"And right after 1 year, the WiFi dropped all of a sudden. And I can’t get it to connect to my network. Tried everything."

"the bearing on the end of the roller seized up and melted"
"What ever you do don’t buy any with only one multi surface roller/brush. ... I have to clean the brush daily. ... It leave a “roll” of dog hair at least one place a day. ... The much more powerful suction is not enough to compensate for not having two rollers. ... Yes that is what I mean. One roller doesn’t do nearly as well as the two did."
"It still tangles very often (semi daily) because hair gets caught on the edge of the roller."

"was mithered with it trying to map the house"
"I have a roomba we named homewrecker because it leaves a trail of destruction behind it. ... It always knocks over something or gets tangled up in wires."
"L50 Pro Ultra: Single LiDAR sensor, solid but less advanced"
I also had an older roomba that couldn’t keep up. I recently got a eufy brand one that’s self-emptying with a hair cutter. If I run it once a day, it’s usually pretty good at keeping up but if I wait more than two days, there’s too much hair and it’ll get balls of hair that cause an error with the cutter. When they’re blowing their coats I might run it twice in a day or do a little sweeping in between. I have three huskies and they’re in and out of the dog door too so plenty of dust/dirt in addition to the hair. The house is 1300 sq feet but I have it clean probably half that (open family areas) and it will have to empty two or three times during its job. I will say this one seems smarter and doesn’t get stuck as much as the roomba did.
r/siberianhusky • Best robot vacuum? ->I've used Eufy's for 9 years (I own three, one on each floor) and love them.
r/CleaningTips • What's the best robot vacuum for pet hair widely loved and highly recommended by Homeowners today? ->Morning all, Hoping to get a recommendation on a robot mop and vacuum because honestly reading all the reviews is starting to send me batty and every time I think i find a decent one there are then like 10 comments saying to avoid it so hoping to get some recommendations from real people. I currently have a eufy x8 which is fine but the mopping function is useless and it gets tangled fairly often. It is super handy though because with 2 dogs I can't be bothered vacuuming every day but still want the house looking decent. I probably would have just kept this for another year or 2 but I had surgery a few months ago which left me unable to lift a mop bucket and the proper vacuum for 2 months so I realised having a robot that can do a good job on both would be so helpful. Hybrid plank flooring throughout the house with a few area rugs. One level house so no stairs or anything. 2 dogs, wirey terrier and short haired great Dane cross. I have heard the ecovacs Max pro is good but then some reviews mentioned the mop head not raising 18mm and constantly getting the carpet, the t30s combo looked really good to and has the additional stick vac which would be so handy but some reviews weren't kind to the mopping capabilities of it. Any help would be great thanks! If it helps I was looking at the eufy x10 pro omni (really good price atm), ecovacs t30s combo (stick vac would be super handy), ecovacs t50 pro and t50 Max pro (not really sure what the difference is other than the colour and $300)
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for robot vacuum and mop please - Australia ->I got a 30c to see if they were any good and was impressed. Then got an x8 which was a real upgrade. Picks up more dust and fur than the original
r/eufy • Is Eufy robot vacuum worth it in the UK? Looking for honest opinions. ->Same - Our new Eufy x8 has done much better than the 3 different Roombas we tried before it - pets and ladies in this house and I love that it cleans its rollers too. I’d highly recommend it!
r/RobotVacuums • What’s the best self-emptying vacuum only device? ->I have a eufy that self-empties. Worth every penny.
r/CleaningTips • Are the robot vacuums worth it? ->We have a eufy X8 pro. The mop is shite and we never use it. The vac is OK but if you have rugs on your hard floors, it shits the bed as it transitions and dumps out dust. If you can commit to having one floor per room, on one level, it's legit fantastic. For context I complained to eufy, got a whole replacement, and after 6m the new unit does the same as the old one.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • It's 2025 and it's time...give me your best Robot vac recs! ->I have a eufy. and omg do I love my eufy so much that I bought eufy cameras for my house and a eufy camera doorbell. I'm looking constantly for new eufy products and they don't cost an arm and leg
r/CleaningTips • What's the best robot vacuum for pet hair widely loved and highly recommended by Homeowners today? ->I have one like that the Eufy 8 pro. It has the ability to cut hair on the brush. It still tangles very often (semi daily) because hair gets caught on the edge of the roller.
r/RobotVacuums • How often do you all have to clean hair from the edges of the rubber brushes? ->We have Euphy. I would do another brand, I’ve had to exchange it 3 times in one year and once the warranty ended I barely use it because it’s noisy.
