Eureka - Eureka E20 Plus

Eureka E20+ is amazing if you have wood floors, animals, and don’t want the mop. Great mapping and obstacle avoidance it will empty the dust bin halfway through the job and go back to work same with recharging, the silicone brush that they used on this thing is fantastic for not getting clogged with my Australian shepherd’s long hair. No bag cyclonic tower, which sucks the crap out of it so It can go back to work. Really have no complaints. Idk why nobody is talking about this or the J model. The reviewers all hype the hell outta the other brands and from what I have tried and other friends have they all do 1 thing good and are kinda shit at everything else. I guess Eureka does not give out freebies and paid reviews like the other questionable Chinese robots. Most of these work great for a bit then they fall apart or short out or suck at sucking. Obviously there are just too many features trying to work and if 1 feature stops working it all suffers. Plus the hot water mopping and cleaning is going to play hell on the brain after a bit because you can’t seal everything good enough and the steam or water will get into places you don’t want it too. It just seems like the others are just cheep and try to do too much and they don’t last. The high end Eufy that mops with hot water does not even have a coated motherboard and it’s just a matter of time before it shorts out. People need their expectations in order. They just don’t last IF they were good in the 1st place. They can be great vacuums like my E20+ but that’s it. The mopping is asking too much for these price points. Stop watching you tube videos (they are usually sponsored) and expect it to work as well at home that it did for them in their perfect for that model set up. They all seem to cater to these machines strengths and avoid their weaknesses. There were actually reviewers praising the mop function, but then saying the vacuum was horrible. I mean come on it’s a robot vacuum. It should vacuum great. Before I got the E20+ I did a month of research and I noticed how they made the expensive models shine with strategic testing. If you get one get the extended warranty, run it as much as you can and keep your expectations in check. And god don’t spend 1400 plus on these things you are asking too much Be disappointed.

For a great vacuum, great mapping and navigation and great self cleaning and filtration my vote goes to Eureka E20+. I don’t use the so called mopping it does which is pretty much like a swiffer. Suction is strong on this

We have the Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum (ordered it on Amazon for $500) and it works very well. We have 2 cats (one short hair, one long hair) and 1 dog (short hair but she has a robust undercoat). It picks up litter from the cats, has an excellent navigation system, and has really helped with less maintenance cleaning. We use the scheduled clean 2x per day to clean the area around the litter box and about once a week have it do the full clean. Love it. Had it since September 2024.

I just got the eureka e20s because it's on sale on Amazon. Best features for me was basic object avoidance and bagless. As a childless single, that was perfect for me.

I have a eureka E20 plus. It is amazing with long hair and pet hair. If has a rubber brush that you can take in and out to clean. I just love it.

Santa brought me my first one, a Eureka E20 plus for Christmas. I will NEVER go without, I am now hooked. It’s intriguing to see so many new ones in the market…will definitely upgrade when the time comes!

Love my eureka e20 plus, bagless, empties itself when full and will continue cleaning, really good at avoidance. I'm so happy and have been using robot vacuums for 10 years, and we've always had two large dogs. Got it on ebay for 250.

Have loved my eureka e20plus

I just got a Eureka E20 Plus on sale on Prime day and have been really pleased with it. I've got a shepherd and a shepherd mix with long hair, so there is constantly fur everywhere. The robot does a great job getting all the hair and has a tangle free brush. It runs daily and has a bag less self emptying cycle, so I don't need to do much with it. It does have a mop feature that I just turned off for now. The one issue I had was it was initially not completely emptying its self, but that was fixed when I found the setting for they empty cycle and increased it to the next setting.

Love my Eureka E20 Plus. I have three large dogs, all shed profusely. It does a great job, goes back to her base to empty herself when she's full, then goes back to work. Now that I'm running her everyday she doesn't fill up as fast, which is a good sign. Mopping feature is OK. It's like running a damp cloth over the area, which is good for picking up the dirt and dust the dogs bring in from the yard. Battery time is LONG, I was gone for 2.5 hours yesterday and she was still going when I got back!
