You can schedule a demo from Eureka Forbes. Booked a demo and was content with the Smart Clean Pro, costs ~33k but they had some offers for Independence Day - got it for 25k. Should be good enough for home use even if you have pets at home
Recently picked up a fully automatic Eureka Forbes robot. Pretty happy with it. But donβt buy it on Amazon or Flipkart. All these machines have the same hardware; though online reviews were dicey, felt Eureka Forbes was a little more reliable than unknown Chinese brands with no service centre in Chennai. I have a feeling, all that discounts you get on Amazon and Flipkart is at the cost of product quality and customer service. We got a Eureka Forbes sales guy to bring a machine home and do a full demo. He is also so far been helping with us on a daily basis on using the product optimally.
Forbes Smart Clean with fully automatic cleaning station.
I bought one for 15k forbes, it's working well Just a month old though
I found that Eureka Forbes is the worst. Avoid... Double the money and half the features.....
Evide when I call Eureka forbes they will say like enike eganae oru customerar ella Sathyamπ
Ernakulam okae und. Pinnae it depends upon your place. But pls stay away from eurekha forbes.
Well , i brought Eureka Forbes Robotic Vacuum Cleaner worth 28k from Croma along with additional warranty for 4k. It was good , but trouble started hitting like not moving from a particular place , say for eg, like hall, it'll clean that place only, tried everything , including service men came... and look Eureka Forbes got really bad service here... they won't come until pressurized, seems they're understaffed here. This machine turning into a waste for us. Became literally unable to use , won't clean properly like initial phase. Finally, went to Croma, they said they'll send serviceman , same from Eureka. After a long time of discussion, i got the product returned and got the money back since i had that extended warranty. Also a friend of mine brought it from Eureka website directly, he didn't took extended warranty , within 1 month , it got damaged, the service centre made them mad. They finally took it for repair and was not returning it. They returned it back when they said they're going to consumer court. This was in between warranty ok... So actually the thing depends on your use... extended warranty and good service is must !!!
Having used both eureka forbes and ecovacs, my suggestion would be to go with ecovacs. If budget isnβt a concern, get the one with auto clean.
Dont go for Eureka Forbes. Their software sucks and their software dev team doesn't know basic stuff. One head or supervisor came to my house and blamed network signal issues for bugs in the vaccum cleaner. After arguing for 5 minutes, I realised she doesn't understand the difference between 5G in mobile data and 5GhZ Band in WiFi routers (Fun Fact, I wasn't using either, was on 2.4GhZ WiFi band but she was convinced that me using 5G is the issue and changing it to 4G will fix everything) Also, they close complaints without solving them. 10 months, the vaccum cleaner is becoming more of a brick day by day with each update, if I get them, lol.
have a Eureka forbes robovac at home. pretty good quality. it gets lost at times but the product is good. their after sales service is pretty good.
