The device is dragging items like slippers and a weighing machine across the room, which is problematic and not as smart as advertised. 2.      **Restart Limitations:** If the device becomes stuck due to an external factor, it can only be restarted through the app. Using the physical buttons to restart results in the device beginning a new mapping process, which is inconvenient. 3.      **Docking Issues:** The device struggles to undock itself for recharging because the mop attachment sticks to the surface, requiring manual intervention to remove it from the dock. 4.      **Manual Not Provided Promptly:** Despite reporting an issue within nine days of purchase, the response was delayed. The support team mentioned not reading the manual only after three months, and now a return is not possible. This lack of prompt and effective support is disappointing. 5.      **Maintenance Challenges:** Hair gets stuck in the device, and the bin does not fill up due to air leakage. This indicates a design flaw affecting the device's functionality. 6.      **Lack of Clear Instructions:** The absence of an included instruction manual forced me to download one online. However, the numerous instructions were overwhelming and rendered the product less practical. For instance, having to remove the mop every time it charges defeats the purpose of automated cleaning. 7.      **Poor Cleaning Performance:** The cleaning quality is subpar, particularly with mopping. It performs adequately only for sweeping, which is not satisfactory for an all-in-one cleaning device.  

I have the Eureka Forbes LVAC Voice pro from past 1 year, had no issues. Does the job well, costed around 26k

I'm using for the last 6 months. Bought from official representative as they have some discount rather online buying. Also after sales service is good. In home servicing they offered. No need to go to the service centre. It has auto,zone,room cleaning functions. Works without any issue.

I found that Eureka Forbes is the worst. Avoid... Double the money and half the features.....

If you buy the Eureka Forbes one be aware that they don't repair if your device gets spoilt. That's because the Eureka Forbes robo vacuums are basically rebranded chinese ones. They don't have personnel or parts in India to repair. My docking station got spoilt and they never came to repair. Kept closing the ticket as resolved in spite of person not even visiting. After some time I gave up and started using the docking station from a different machine. I'm not sure about other brands if they do any after sales service. As for usefulness, it does pick up a lot of dust and can reach places under the furniture that is difficult for us. That way it is quite useful, but you have to clean the house regularly yourself. You can't depend entirely on it.

Having used both eureka forbes and ecovacs, my suggestion would be to go with ecovacs. If budget isn’t a concern, get the one with auto clean.

Eureka forbes.. best in terms of service.. bought from reliance digital.. it's doing a good job.. wet mopping is not that much good but vacuum is awesome..
