Lefant has been decent. Has never got lost. Seems to not miss anything.

One worked great for years, the second one required a call to Amazon's tech help within the month. They told me how to do a factory reset. That worked for about a month. Then it started beeping continuously and wouldn't run. What it had must be contagious (snark) because the one that worked great started doing something similar -- runs about one minute then stops and starts beeping. Tech help was no help. My guess is it might be something to do with my wireless so I'm not sure I can blame the robot. Maybe if they went back to the drawing board and just made a robot you didn't have to use your phone to work. That would take one unknown out of the problem of fixing them when they go wrong. Just an observation after reading the posts here.

I only empty it once a week. The maintenance I put in takes literally 3 minutes. It saves me at least an hour worth of sweeping a week.
r/unpopularopinion • Robot vacuums are expensive and a waste of time. ->I have a cheapo LeFant that I got for free. Just swapped the battery. It's only a vacuum. I swear by it. We only have 1 kid but the crap that, that thing sucks up is incredible. Sometimes it even gets little toys. It's a heck of a machine. I'd recommend it.
