Mova (Dreame sister brand) has similar but more affordable models. I got the s20 from their official Temu store with 3 year warranty for a bit over $170 after promos.
I got the Mova s20 l, it’s Dreame sister company that offers toned down and more affordable vacuums. I chose the S20 because of the double rubber roller and didn’t care much about mopping since we got mostly rugs and carpet everywhere. We have 2 golden retrievers and it works amazing. On paper the suction power isn’t that impressive but I have to change the bag once a week because it collects so much fur. And it’s super good avoiding the gazillion dog toys scattered around the house.
I beg to differ. My mova s20 just got tangled 3 times yesterday with computer cord, lamp cord and fan cord. That’s all despite having the camera and AI for object recognition.
its a total gamble. had a no-name brand beformy mova vacuum and it was a disaster. spending a bit more on a known brand is 100% worth it for the brainy features. excited to see what they have on sale for black friday.
personally I’ve tried ecobot / debot (?) and roborock, and I’ve had much better performance/reliability/navigation with roborock. I just got a Mova (same company as Dreame apparently) and used it for two days and it seems good so far - app not as good but fine, navigation maybe not quite as good, and hardware might be slightly more “sloppy” - like noisy, clunky, etc., but seems good overall. Actually the Mova seems to have better object recognition probably, although it doesn’t deal with carpets as well so far. anyway….. my experience is that roborock is pretty solid.. other ones, there are good ones I’m sure, but I would be more cautious and read a lot of reviews.
There's no way the Flow or Aqua leaves more water on the floor than an actual mop. The track-style mop pad or roller just doesn't hold as much water as a regular kitchen mop and their onboard water tanks are relatively small. The point of LVP is it's durable and waterproof. If you had actual hardwood, I would understand the concern but not LVP. If your LVP was installed correctly, you shouldn't have an issue.
