"I have been very impressed with its obstacle avoidance."
"Narwal does seem to lead the pack in obstacle avoidance, which to me is pretty much the most important feature. I rather have an average vacuum that does make it through its routine than a great vacuum that got stuck halfways and never finished it."
"Narwal is known for its obstacle avoidance though, and based on my experience that is very well deserved."

"The Freo X ultra would be the best mopping robot in Italy, much better at mopping compared to the Q Revo S."
"Of my robots, the Narwal maintains the cleanest base station and mop pads. ... That's their trademark (because using lots of water to wash works!) and I suspect the Flow will continue that trend."
"Een van betere dweil apparaat vergeleken met andere merken."

"I’ve found the narwal tangle free brush solution to be excellent. ... Yes with my daughters long hair and constantly shedding Rottweilers the narwal is the first that hasn’t died or become too much hassle within the first year"

"when it’s on vacuum only it frequently gets “stuck” on a door mat. It’s not that the Matt is too high, but it’s like it’s gotten confused bit just sits there are rotates a few degrees back and forth. I eventually have to push it a few inches to get it going again"

"Its a mostly fine robot but not a fan of their mapping software. ... The basic and simple and frustrating issues with the Narwal software have been there now for well over a year. ... Issues like mapping open concept spaces and having easy to use and manipulate split and merge lines have been solved years ago by other companies like Roborock and by Dreame. ... There is no excuse that Narwal - who has most definately been made aware of these issues long ago - has either chosen to ignore fixing 'merge/split' options (and more) or the current team is incapable of doing so. ... As a homeowner with a large open concept layout their mapping software is crap and pretty much renders using their robot useless unless I want to compromise how I use a Narwal. ... Something that is not an issue with Roborock or Dreame or Mova (and probably others also). ... So if a home has basically traditiona wall spaces.Sure. Narwal is great. If the layout is open concept. Then....Narwal no."
"splitting rooms or modifications to the map also has some quirks that annoy me so much."
"the mapping/ map updating kinda sucks sometimes and both the robots I had to re-map the house at least 2-3 times."

"Toe kick cleaning is in my experience non-existent. Maybe mine are too low, I'll have to clean those 2 inches by hand."
"Lidar on top of the robot means it won't fit under furniture or lower-hanging tables"
"I like my Narwal but it has gotten stuck on a pretty common Ikea chair. That really surprised me."

"Also I didn’t like how much data the Narwal sent to servers. ... In the 2 weeks I had it, my firewall logs showed the Narwal sent over 20 GB of data. ... I had the remote video disabled so assume it was for vision AI analysis. ... Still, it shouldn’t need to send that much data."
"I also had some concerns on privacy"

"doesn't have auto empty for the vacuum bin"
"ive not been impressed by their user support. ... They replied with "You should buy our Freo Z Ultra that has auto bin emptying"..."
"Doesn't auto-empty the vacuum bag ... the Freo X Ultra stores the bag in the robot itself and you have to manually clean that out."
How do find its navigation ability? I just got the narwal freo x ultra and while the mopping is good, when it’s on vacuum only it frequently gets “stuck” on a door mat. It’s not that the Matt is too high, but it’s like it’s gotten confused bit just sits there are rotates a few degrees back and forth. I eventually have to push it a few inches to get it going again
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum cleaner for wooden floor and no animals ->Thanks. I hadn’t thought of that. It does seem like it doesn’t recognize that it’s on a mat. It did recognize my area rug in the living room and promptly marked it on the map
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum cleaner for wooden floor and no animals ->I have the Narwal Freo X Ultra and the brush handles long hair well. The new model has a self emptying base. I like it and it mops well. It uses detergent on the pads when mopping, but in very low concentration. You can choose to us it or not. I can't compare to the Dreame models though.
r/RobotVacuums • My priorities are mopping and picking up hairs. Which one to recommend ? ->Hi everyone, I wanted to type out this review for future people shopping for robot mop/vacuums just like I was, and since I was lucky enough to be able to test out/own both of these products I figured I would drop all of my opinions and thoughts here for future people to read through and hopefully help inform people! **TL;DR** --> Dreame X30 Ultra is superior, but that's probably what you would expect for $800 more. For the overall price point, the Freo X Ultra is more than worth it for $1,000 vs. $1,800 for the X30 Ultra. **Freo X Ultra** *The Good:* * The Freo Mind cleaning mode is really neat and adaptively alters the cleaning settings based on your home and how dirty things are. You can also customize your cleaning settings AND use Freo Mind, which I really liked. This allowed me to tell the robot I just want it to do one pass of a room but alter the vacuum suction or mopping based on how dirty something is. * The No-Tangle vacuum brush is as good as advertised. * Very quiet when running nightly tasks, including vacuuming * The price seems good for what the robot delivers. * Mapping is very accurate and fast *The "Bad":* * I noticed a couple of times while watching it mop that it would miss spots. * Not able to mop/vacuum underneath cabinets (this seems standard for most robots though) * Lidar on top of the robot means it won't fit under furniture or lower-hanging tables * Doesn't auto-empty the vacuum bag * App is very clunky when trying to add floor types (specifically carpet) or split rooms * Mopping can leave circular streaks behind * Not being able to detach the mop heads while vacuuming carpeted areas felt weird. **Dreame X30 Ultra** *The Good:* * The extended mop arm functionality comes very much in handy with kitchen cabinets allowing the robot to clean underneath all the way up to the edge. * Very quiet when mopping and vacuuming * Tons of settings to adjust and play around with in the app * Mopping was very smooth, never missed any spots, didn't leave any streaks * Detaching the mop heads when doing vacuuming is a very nice feature. * Auto-Emptying of the vacuum bags after a vacuum job is quite nice, just like a Roomba would. The tower also doesn't sound like a jet engine while emptying the bag. *The "Bad":* * Default cleaning modes "Routine Cleaning" and "Deep Cleaning" are pretty inconfigurable and I found that "Deep Cleaning" couldn't finish a job without the robot running out of battery just doing my dining room, kitchen, hallway and living room. After about 4 hours the robot died, needed to re-charge, then had to finish the job which took another 2 ish hours. The Freo X Ultra did this same type of task in about 3 hours without the battery dying. * I feel like there are way too many settings in the app compared to the Freo X Ultra and I didn't like how many settings needed to be adjusted by default or turned on manually. **The Apps** Both apps that you download are actually very similar to each other in how they function. I find both of them to be a little clunky, especially when mapping or trying to place furniture or carpet in areas of your home. The Narwal app was really not good about how to split rooms since the line must connect to two walls or objects. You can split based on where another room starts, which was annoying for me. Overall though the apps work just fine, I use mine primarily just to set the mapping and set a schedule of what I want the robot to do each day/week, and both apps work perfectly well for that. The one difference I will note is that the Narwal app has a cleaning function called "Freo Mind" that will automatically adjust several of the cleaning functions of the robot depending on situations, and also uses AI to detect and learn some of your cleaning habits. Dreame does not have this. With the Dreame app, I find myself using the custom cleaning settings more than their default "Routine Cleaning" or "Deep Cleaning" settings. Deep Cleaning actually ran the robot out of battery on the first night I had it do my Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, and Hallway. The whole job took it well over 4 hours, compared to the Freo X Ultra taking like 2 hours and never running out of battery. **The Towers** The towers are overall very similar between these products. They both contain a dock, dirty water container, fresh water container and mopping solution. The main difference is that the X30 Ultra has a compartment to store the vacuum garbage after it auto-empties, whereas the Freo X Ultra stores the bag in the robot itself and you have to manually clean that out. The auto-mop washing on both towers is pretty similar, however the X30 Ultra has the capability to use hot water to clean which I don't believe the Freo X Ultra does. **Mopping** Both robots mop pretty well. The Freo X Ultra will not get hard-to-reach places like underneath cabinets in your kitchen and it will leave little mop marks on your floor that look like circles just from how the mops spin and clean. It's not a huge deal, it's just something my girlfriend noticed. Both robots are really quiet when mopping, but the X30 Ultra is more quiet than the Freo X Ultra. The X30 Ultra comes with a feature where the mops can extend out to reach walls/corners, and that functionality was on display in my testing when doing my kitchen, as the extended mops were able to reach all the way to the edge of my cabinets where the Freo X Ultra couldn't reach. Both robots will use about a full tank of fresh water for a large mopping job so you do end up having to empty/refill the tanks if you have them mop your floors. **Vacuuming** Both robots vacuum about as well as you'd expect from a robot vacuum. The Freo X Ultra has a feature where it says that no hair will get tangled in the brushes, and so far I haven't had any issues with this, but I also don't have any long-haired pets in my home and most of my floors are laminate so I couldn't really stress test this. The only thing neither robot was able to do was properly vacuum up a piece of clumped dog hair, even on the strongest suction power. Both robots are very quiet in the quiet mode, but once you go to Standard or above for suction power they're noticeably noisy. The X30 Ultra has a feature that auto-empties the vacuum bag into the tower similar to a Roomba, and the one thing I'll point out is that the sound is noticeably quieter than a Roomba tower when it empties (which sounds like a jet engine almost). **Final Thoughts** While I don't think the X30 Ultra is worth $1,700, it has two very nice features that I am really enjoying between the extended mop-arm feature and the auto-emptying of the vacuum bag after a job. The overall quality and quietness of each vacuum is superb, the cleaning you get from each vacuum is about what you would expect from a robot vacuum. My laminate floors look amazing right now and I have the robot vacuum each night and then mop every Friday and Monday night. The Freo Mind feature for the Narwal Freo X Ultra is by far my favorite feature, as it allows an automated/adjustable clean setting that adjusts while the robot works, whereas with the Dreame robot you're stuck either with their 2 pre-set cleaning settings (routine cleaning or deep cleaning), or you must use the custom settings (which is what I've been doing). The apps, the towers, the robots themselves look and operate very similarly and almost feel like they were designed by the same company. The X30 ultra was able to clean into more tight spaces with the mop-extending feature wheras the Freo was a bit limited in how it could reach those same places. I'm happy to answer any questions! Hopefully someone finds this review useful :)
r/RobotVacuums • REVIEW: Narwal Freo X Ultra vs. Dreame X30 Ultra ->I would say that's a fantastic deal, yes.
r/RobotVacuums • REVIEW: Narwal Freo X Ultra vs. Dreame X30 Ultra ->I would definitely go with the Freo X Ultra then, it's just a really, really solid robot. The mopping is more than capable and the vacuuming is as well, especially without any tangling.
r/RobotVacuums • REVIEW: Narwal Freo X Ultra vs. Dreame X30 Ultra ->As a pet owner I Got the Narwal Freo X Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, 8200Pa Robot Mop for 799 on Amazon. $600 off. Very excited to try it out
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum is everybody looking to buy Black Friday? ->We have a Narwal Freo X Ultra and absolutely love it. It’s been the best robot we have ever owned and we have owned quite a few brands in the past 10 years.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Vacuum for Mopping??? ->I like my narwal freo x ultra but customer service is trash just fyi
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum and Mop to Buy with Good Suction? ->The Narwal Freo x ultra has a tangle free brush. I’ve had it for a week and not a single hair left on the roller. Both of my Roborocks are constantly tangled with hair.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->The roller is tapered and only supported on one side. So, as hair enters it slides down the taper, off the end of the roller, and straight into the bin. It’s a combo bristle and rubber fin brush. That part works excellently, I’m still deciding if I love how the rest works as it’s only been a week.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->I have a black lab and a cat, it picks up their hair well. My wife has long hair and it has no troubles. Hair is simply never tangled on the brush. It does NOT have a self empty, but it has a feature that compressed the hair in a bag on the robot itself. I actually prefer this, as my Roborock with self empty gets a clogged chute almost every time it empties.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->No hair seems to ever tangle in this thing.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->The Freo X ultra would be the best mopping robot in Italy, much better at mopping compared to the Q Revo S. Unfortunately it is at €599 :( There’s also the more affordable Xiaomi X20 Pro which should provide similar mopping and vacuuming performance to the QRevo S at €499.99.
r/RobotVacuums • Need help choosing a robot vacuum for hardwood floors (parquet) - Budget ~500€ ->An industrial robot would be better suited 😂
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum and mop for 500 m2 hardwood floors ->Yep this is sadly true. Dreame, roborock, and Narwal don’t have good customer service compared to Eufy and Xiaomi (if this brand is available). It seems iRobot is also struggling with customer service so I’d recommend buying robots from an authorized retailer like Costco for easier customer service if you need to return it if it’s defective.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum and Mop to Buy with Good Suction? ->What is your purchasing region? I recommend you pair it to your phone then share the robot with your grandparents’ account or log into your account on their phone. You can then set it up for them and put it on a schedule. Roborock’s app ui seems to be the easiest. NarWal’s app also looks pretty easy to use. NarWal’s base station will be the easiest to clean and is easily compatible with a water exchanging module that can be hooked up to your water line. Of course you need to give it a good clean once every few weeks or so. Dreame’s app is simply too overwhelming with all the customization.
r/RobotVacuums • Ideal robot Vacuum for the elderly? ->How tall is the piece of transition? For a single one up to 30mm, the roborock models with the AdaptiLift chassis (the most expensive QRevo Curv/Edge and the Saros line). Anything higher up to 4.2cm, if a threshold is less than 9cm long (5.2cm if it is at least 9cm long), will need the Dreame X50 Ultra or any equivalent MOVA model (V50 Ultra). I am aware that Dreame's L/X50 Ultra and any model (such as MOVA's V50 Ultra or the rare UK-only Dreame L40s Pro Ultra) that uses dual conical brushes has a *live fur compression* feature (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOOU0uJsVdU), which helps mitigate the issue of pet fur clogging the dustbin, even though the space isn't fully utilized. I saw it in action, and I think it lives up to its claim. It also cleans its filter when auto-emptying. This should be helpful for homes with heavy shedders such as yours\~ For paw prints, I think a robot that can identify messes like this and act accordingly would be important too. Dreame and Narwal do well with this if you turn on certain functions, such as their smart cleaning mode and intelligent mess detection.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum/mop for two dogs who shed a lot ->The MOVA will be better at vacuuming and the Narwal will have the best smart cleaning mode and mopping but vacuuming isn’t as good as the MOVA and tanks need to be refilled more often.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for advice: Best robot vacuum/mop combo under ~800 USD ->Yep the narwal models are great for mopping, but are very water inefficient compared to other models with an onboard water tank. There's also the MOVA V50 Ultra with mop pads that can tilt which is good for uneven tile floors.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Mop for Large Area? ->It is mainly a result of confirmation bias, and most online posts are subject to the self-selecting bias. Many well-made robot vacuums can go much longer, and so even well-made combo vacuum and mop robots are still lasting well. Brands I'd go for: Dreame can have well built robots (I'd avoid the aqua 10 roller for now as there seems to be a design flaw) customer service depends heavily on region and there's mixed feedback regarding this; Eufy has generally solid customer service all around; MOVA seems to have pretty solid build quality, other than the p50 for the NA market (broken front wheel) and the z50 (docking issue due to a design flaw>), solid customer service seems to be better than dreame's even though they're serviced by the same group as dreame owns MOVA; Narwal which hasbuild quality seems to be pretty good with some reporting it still worked flawlessly even though it fell off a flight of stairs because their cliff sensors are a bit weird, customer service reviews are mixed; Roborock which has build quality seems to be solid overall but obstacle avoidance is their only flaw, mixed reviews of customer service from very negative to very positive); and Xiaomi which has generally solid build quality and customer service for its price (I bought from them before and when something got stuck in the wheel where I couldn't reach it, they fixed it and shipped it back in a week).
r/RobotVacuums • Why do all robot vacuums seem to have a shelf life of like three months before they start having issues? ->The most recent data I could find for the robot vacuum market applies only to the mainland market in 2022 or 2023 and I haven’t been able to independently verify this claim as it was posted on a forum. It claims ecovacs is the market leader, Roborock is second, Narwal is third, Dreame is fourth, and Xiaomi is behind all of them. I’m very dubious of this claim. Narwal is great with their spinning mops but I think they really can improve a lot more of their other aspects.
r/RobotVacuums • So, Narwal is overpriced and sales are created by lying social media/reddit bots right? ->Sorry for the late response. The Narwal Freo X Ultra wad what I got. I've got a bunch of things to say about it, I'll edit my post and include that.
r/RobotVacuums • India - Looking for an ideal robotic vacuum, first time buyer, decent budget. ->The Narwal Freo X Ultra I've gotta reply to the other comments as well, so I'll probably just edit my post.
r/RobotVacuums • India - Looking for an ideal robotic vacuum, first time buyer, decent budget. ->The Narwal. I've researched and looked at a lot of reviews, videos online. For my personal needs that I've described above, it seems to be the perfect match within my budget (The only better option I find is roborock which is 2x what I'm willing to spend right now. This seems to be the next best thing I can get). It's Narwal's flagship and in all honesty I feel it might even be a bit overkill for my home, and that's totally alright. So the Freo X Ultra it is.
r/RobotVacuums • India - Looking for an ideal robotic vacuum, first time buyer, decent budget. ->Have the Narwal Freo X Ultra. Really like the actual robot, does a really great job cleaning but ive not been impressed by their user support. Sent a suggestion to them about adding an "empty bin" mode (it autofills/emptys the mopping water, but doesn't have auto empty for the vacuum bin) where you could set the location of your trash bin and the robot would just go there and wait until you emptied it and sent it back home. They replied with "You should buy our Freo Z Ultra that has auto bin emptying"...
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->The narwal freo z ultra and freo x ultra both have anti tangle brushes. In my 1+ months of using both of them, no hairs has ever got stuck in the brush or the axle. My wife has super long hair which always annoys me - gets stuck on the regular vacuums brush and the roborock s7 (axles, not on the rollers). But with the narwal, I never had to clean them once. Narwal does a pretty good job of vacuuming and mopping but the app isn't mature and the same goes for the robots themselves. They have some quirks - the mapping/ map updating kinda sucks sometimes and both the robots I had to re-map the house at least 2-3 times. Also, splitting rooms or modifications to the map also has some quirks that annoy me so much. I also had some concerns on privacy so I returned the freo z, still have the freo x, will use it for a bit and decide. The only thing holding me from returning the narwals was/is the anti tangle brush.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robot vacuum that doesn't make cleaning out long hair from the brushes/bristles a pain? ->Dense fur (or multiple large pet) or light and fluffy? Example: husky/ corgi vs pomeranian/Bichon Frisé Dense fur: vacuum only : Narwal X Plus (it is a combo unit but the vacuum is the best part) Mop needed: Narwal X Ultra Light and fluffy: Narwal Z Ultra Both have a roller brush that does not clog. Over a year later and no hair tangles. Both have compression in the dust bin/ bag. The X has a large bin that can be emptied multiple times per day (can fill up quick during shed season). Also optional bag for easy replacement. The Z has auto empty and the light and fluffy fur takes a few weeks to fill, dense fur doesn't compress as well so frequent replacement needed. My experience with 4 pomeranians.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair Now ->No. They use a circular pattern of airflow. That pulls the hair to the side of the roller brush that is not mounted. The X Ultra has been in use for over a year now and has yet to have a clog.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum for Pet Hair Now ->I am very well informed. My home has multiple robots and multiple brands, including Narwal. Narwal is the one brand I choose to trust to get my whole home barefoot clean QUIETLY so as not to disturb my family. We do not all have the same home. The "out of the box" solution is not what's best for my pet filled home. I am particular. My home has unique needs when it comes to certain things. Narwal's app allows me to customize my preferences and maintain my home in a way that satisfies me. I've trashed multiple brands for a multitude of reasons. Narwal is the 1 brand I choose to gift to family and friends.
r/RobotVacuums • So, Narwal is overpriced and sales are created by lying social media/reddit bots right? ->Narwhal freo X Ulta I have has been the only thing to ever keep the pet hair down in our house with multiple dogs but we do have to empty it once a day. I'll also say I have had some issues with the vac and hard to do a warranty repair but it's been working for the past 6 months with no issues. Has a no tangle brush.
r/BuyItForLife • Pet owners, what's the best robot vacuum for TONS OF PET HAIR that's worked really well? ->I’m full compliant with you. I own X40 from its launch and never a problem. Surely I can compare it with other bot. Tested Heat, L40, Narwal Freo X Ultra, Narwal Freo Z Ultra and Roborock slim. X40 it’s the more smart and has the most innovative features. It’s a robot that doesn’t give thoughts. It works and works always. A little more pressure in washing ant it will raise the perfection. But I’m sure that at the CES next week, we’ll have this upgrade 😉
r/RobotVacuums • Dreame x40 is currently the best vacuum out there. ->Narwal is quiet and excellent with mopping
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum with these characteristics ->Also narwal freo x ultra have anti hair brush which i just recieved yesterday.
r/RobotVacuums • Best self emptying robot vacuum for large home with 8 dogs? ->Narwal is very good with mopping and app floorplan looks better and clean while other apps walls looks rough and raffled.
r/RobotVacuums • Best affordable mopping robot ->Narwal is very good with pet hair and very low maintance.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner In 2025? ->Ik heb zelf narwal freo X ultra van rond 500(was toen iets van 1100 euro, nu verlaagd vanwege nieuwe modellen) , zeer tevreden. Een van betere dweil apparaat vergeleken met andere merken.
r/nederlands • Robotstofzuiger ->We recently added a Narwhal Freo X Ultra to our house and love it. One of the main reasons we chose it was based on the replaceable and repairable parts and easy to clean water reservoirs for the mop water. It’s been awesome. Can’t quite say BIFL just yet, but I anticipate we will be able to do upkeep on anything that needs attention from what we can see.
r/BuyItForLife • The Best Robot Vacuum that Acutally Lasts? ->Bought naval freo x ultra for about 375 usd. Quite good. Besides avoidance and mapping. But that's solvable if you don't have kids or pets. So far I'm satisfied as it requires low maintenance.
r/RobotVacuums • Comparing three vacuums can’t decide! ->Narwal with anti tangle brush ftw
r/smarthome • What are the current best robot vacuum cleaners that you're now swearing by for home? ->The freo x and freo z our water hogs so don't buy one unless you're okay replacing the water and dumping the dirty water after every single mopping run in a small house and mid-run on a big house.
r/RobotVacuums • Best High-End Robot? ->Narwal Is the only robot that even attempts to clean the baseboard but the only thing the frio z or x does is run a muff along it. It doesn't actually clean. It's a duster. And the frio x and z have some other problems. Notably they are water hogs and you have to refill the water all the time. After every single run.
r/RobotVacuums • Are there robot vacuums with a baseboard-cleaning functionality ->I‘ve got a Freo X, and I really like it, so I’d recommend Narwal to you. Their new Freo Pro looks like it‘s got an upgraded side brush for better anti-tangling. Narwal does good at handling pet fur and preventing tangles. Hope that helps!
r/RobotVacuums • Need help finding the best robot vacuum for pet hair please ->Tbh I bought the Dreame x50 and I ended up returning it. Poor suction on hard floor, even at max, and very poor mopping. I tested it hard for almost a month. Previously I owned a Narwal Freo x , which I retuned to waiting for the Narwal Flow, and in my opinion it’s much better, better suction and better mopping.
r/RobotVacuums • Need Real Feedback Before I Drop $$$ – Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs, Eufy… (or Others) - Help Me Decide ->Agree with the above. If you want quietness rather than quickness, Quiet Mode or a similar setting is the way to go. The Narwal Freo X and Freo Z are both under 60 dB on Quiet Mode. Plus look into the iRobot Roomba. Some options here... [https://www.soundproofgenius.com/get-a-quiet-robot-vacuum/](https://www.soundproofgenius.com/get-a-quiet-robot-vacuum/)
r/RobotVacuums • Noise level ->I bought the NARWAL Freo X like 3 weeks ago as I could not keep up with my Australian shepperd/berner mix's hair My house has never been cleaner It also is only 270 euro
r/RobotVacuums • Which one is better for dog hair? ->Absolutely We bought one because our aussie is shedding like crazy and I really did not feel like vacxum cleaning like twice a day Bought the NARWAL Freo for 300 Euro and we are happy now
r/dogs • Is a Roomba-like vacuum worth it for dogs? I need to be de-influenced for my wallets sake ->I got a Narwal Freo X for my mom and we love it. Does a damn good job, and we have two dogs!!
r/CleaningTips • I hate mopping. Should I just get a robot vacuum? ->We have 2x with long hair, about 1m long and our Narwal X has never had a tangle. Ever. Occasionally I find a hair wrapped around the sweeping bristles, but that's it I'm wondering if something other than hair (something sticky) got stuck to the bristles and caused this to happen. Our NFX has been at work for 4mo now
r/RobotVacuums • Narwal Ultra Z Freo - Long hair and pets ->I have a roborock s7 ultra I paid $1200 I think for it. It’s great. I ended up buying a Narwal Freo X for another floor in my house and incredibly impressed. Paid like $300 for it and it rivals the roborock.
r/homeowners • Best Robot Vacuum?? ->Glad to help! The Narwal I was skeptical about because all the YouTube reviews are paid (they literally tell you they got it free). I figured I got it off Amazon and if I don’t like it I can return it. The only thing I like more about the roborock is it’s better with avoiding wires. Narwal you have to make sure there are none around (not a big deal). For the price point I would buy the Freo in a heartbeat again
r/homeowners • Best Robot Vacuum?? ->We chose ours (Narwal Freo X) because it didn't clog with my long hair.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s Your Top Priority When Choosing a Robot Vacuum? ->Narwal Freo X is pretty good. Haven’t tried any of the others.
r/RobotVacuums • What is your favourite NON self-emptying robot vacuum? ->I have a Narwal and am pretty happy with it. That said you have no way of knowing what works for your situation without trying. That’s what the return policy is for. Just keep trying and see what works for you. As for wires - really no solution to that. Some can detect some wires some of the time. The best solution is to simply clean up the wires or prevent the vacuum from going where there are lots of wires.
r/RobotVacuums • Roborock Q5 Max+ issues and alternatives? ->I’ve found the narwal tangle free brush solution to be excellent. The newer roborock ones with the split brush looks like it would perform well too
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum for Pet/Human hair ->Yes with my daughters long hair and constantly shedding Rottweilers the narwal is the first that hasn’t died or become too much hassle within the first year
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum for Pet/Human hair ->Check out the narwhal, some of them can also mop and it will go clean the mop brushes when they’re dirty and then keep going
r/homeautomation • Wife says it's time, what's the best robot vacuum? ->I have all hardwood and use two devices. The Roborock is an excellent vacuum and I like their ap the best. I have an older S7 but it still powers through my 3 dog house. And a narwhal which does a 80% good job at mopping. Together my house stays pretty clean ;)
r/RobotVacuums • Looking to buy my first robot vacuum and I am completely overwhelmed ->I have the Freo. It has a vacuum but it's not that strong. I have very annoying high gloss wood floors that show every foot print. The Narwhal mop really seems to clean the floor instead of just running a went mop bad over it like the IRobot.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking to buy my first robot vacuum and I am completely overwhelmed ->We just got the Narwhal Freo that vacuums and mops and can do either independently or at the same time. I only have 2 cats inside and we do not have carpet but we do live on a ranch and I am in and out frequently from the horses and dirt in general so our floors get dirty fast. I am in love with this little robot. I call her Mrs.Doubtfire. When I send her to vacuum I leave the rugs down and have not had a problem. If she's doing a mop run I pick up the rugs. The time saved alone from not sweeping daily is huge for me, totally worth it.
r/CleaningTips • Self emptying robot vacuums for homes with many pets? ->Sure about that? I have a Narwal. It vacuums and mops. You can choose the floor type both for mopping and vacuuming and pick if you want a damp or wet mop. It’s WELL worth the money in my opinion
r/unpopularopinion • Robot vacuums are expensive and a waste of time. ->I have the Narwal Freo vacuum/mop and I love it.
r/homeowners • Are robot vacuums worth it? I’ve got 4 small kids and I’m always sweeping up the kitchen. Now I have a crawling baby so I’m thinking about getting a robot vacuum, preferably the mop/vacuum kind but they are so expensive! Curious if they are worth it and an investment. ->We are very happy with our Narwal Freo. It mops and vacuums. Got it during Prime Days
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a good robot vacuum with black friday deal ->I had a Narwal Freo and was already happy with it. I've been testing the Eufy E25 for weeks now and I have to say, the suction power is really good. If you look at the dust container before vacuuming it into the station, you can see that it even pulls dust mites/feces out of the carpets. Special vacuum cleaners only do that. I've never had this happen with any robot. I'm really impressed. Wiping is also very neat. Unfortunately the navigation doesn't really make me happy, then it would really be perfect.
r/RobotVacuums • Need Real Feedback Before I Drop $$$ – Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs, Eufy… (or Others) - Help Me Decide ->Narwal freo literally has no go zones, as well as they have strips I believe in their store that prevent it from doing that if you want to do it physically.
r/RobotVacuums • Ideas for pet food area with robot vacuums? ->Agree. Dreamebot with Tricut brush & Narwal Freo series. Both great.
r/RobotVacuums • Vacuums for really REally REALLY long hair ->Narwal Freo. Never gets tangled bc of the brush design. Two Samoyeds. It detects carpet and I set it to automatically vacuum more powerfully. It mops too. Best $900 I’ve ever spent.
r/samoyeds • Roomba/Robot Vacuum advice ->Narwal Freo, owned for just over 2 years. Daily vacuuming of entire house, 2x weekly vaccum+mop entire house. The only issue I’ve encountered has been technical/map based and not mechanical. Remapping the house resolved the issue.
r/RobotVacuums • robot vacs you've used for YEARS ->I have the Narwal Freo and love it. I got mine refurbished from a reputable seller on EBay. $1000 model for just under $400!
r/Apartmentliving • What are the best robot vacuums you've tried - Do they really keep the apartment clean everyday? ->I am using one, on a frequent basis. These are good if you want to vacuum or want to collect floor dust. The issue is it will not move your furniture items and works well in open areas. Do not depend on it for mopping and it is only for nameshake, although cleaning is quite good. I am using Narwal brand Freo, but Ecovacs and Dream are also quite good with a good service network. Don't go for any other brand.
r/hyderabad • Anyone using Robot vacuum? ->While I do not yet own a Yeedi S14 Plus I do own a Yeedi Cube. It's been with me for a over a year now. The brand itself is essentially a sub-brand of Eco-Vac (think Lexus vs Toyota) with Yeedi being the latter. The performance has been great relative to its pricing, the parts still work well and the mop is using a single pad vibration mechanism. This is not as good as my Deebot T30's dual spinning mop pad system but it's enough to remove most winter time salt stains from my tile flooring as well as most other light to medium intensity dirt marks in a single run. IMO one of the things that makes Yeedi good is that it's durable, it's motor and mopping tech is not as competitive as Narwal or Ecovac (on purpose) but out of all the robo vacs I have owned and used it's the only one I have yet to replace a single part for (dust bin just once). People often buy robo vacs based on feats but the really good ones are the ones that last past the 12 months mark once the wear and tear really kicks in. To play the devils advocate however I will say Yeedi's app is very mediocre compared to most other brands though. In 2025 you still cannot select the number of runs per operations for example. No amount of new hardware will fix a bad app sadly. Btw this isn't some paid/affiliated propaganda lol. I have owned a Narwal Freo, Ecovac Deebot T20 and T30, Euxy X8 and the Yeedi Cube (I am a YouTube reviewer so I work with these brands) and I have owned each one for a prolonged period of time and can give you a practical take on it. My fav robo vac to date when taking budget, tech and durability in mind is my now 3 year old Eufy X8 which is old tech but it wins in longevity hands down. Hope this helps! I may review the S14 Plus next month but that's TBD. I will share my unbiased opionion on this thread if it's still open.
r/VacuumCleaners • Any insights on Yeedi S14 PLUS roller mop robot vacuum? ->narwal freo in 50 sqm. i wouldnt go without selfcleaning pads, no matter how small the apartment.
r/RobotVacuums • Those of you with small apartments, what robot do you use? ->I got one from Narval last month for around 20k, happy with the experience as of now
r/Frugal_Ind • Robotic vacuum cleaner recommendations? ->Its a mostly fine robot but not a fan of their mapping software. Much better mapping and software options. Don't care how sophisticated a robot is if their software sucks.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum right now? ->The basic and simple and frustrating issues with the Narwal software have been there now for well over a year. Problems that other redditors have posted over that time clearly show that timeline. Issues like mapping open concept spaces and having easy to use and manipulate split and merge lines have been solved years ago by other companies like Roborock and by Dreame. There is no excuse that Narwal - who has most definately been made aware of these issues long ago - has either chosen to ignore fixing 'merge/split' options (and more) or the current team is incapable of doing so. Agree. One day it may be fixed. One dayBut why should I wait when other companies have solved this issue a long time ago? Based on their current history of software development, I'm not holding my breath. If you're satisfied with their substandard software (and excellent robot build) that's fine. As a homeowner with a large open concept layout their mapping software is crap and pretty much renders using their robot useless unless I want to compromise how I use a Narwal. Something that is not an issue with Roborock or Dreame or Mova (and probably others also). So if a home has basically traditiona wall spaces.Sure. Narwal is great. If the layout is open concept. Then....Narwal no.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum right now? ->I only have roombas and a Narwal but the Narwal is also extremely quiet at low suction. Pretty irrelevant, but I would wonder how the two would compare.
r/RobotVacuums • Got the Matic robot vacuum. AMA ->I am very interested in the Matic from a tech POV but it seems to early to lock in into one. Both tech wise and company future-wise. They're not available in Canada yet, which makes that reasoning a lot easier. I think the Narwal is doing pretty well. Cat toys are always tricky. Some are so close to dust bunnies that it'll lead to false negatives not picking up dust bunnies.
r/RobotVacuums • Got the Matic robot vacuum. AMA ->I like my Narwal but it has gotten stuck on a pretty common Ikea chair. That really surprised me. Other than that I have been very impressed with its obstacle avoidance. Its edge cleaning also could be a lot better, I hardly ever see it do the twist. Also treshold detection. It tends to ride up to them and not clean the inch next to the treshold because of that. Toe kick cleaning is in my experience non-existent. Maybe mine are too low, I'll have to clean those 2 inches by hand.
r/RobotVacuums • Got the Matic robot vacuum. AMA ->Narwal is known for its obstacle avoidance though, and based on my experience that is very well deserved.
r/RobotVacuums • So, with more and more roller/belt robot vacuums coming out, how likely are you to stick with the Eufy S1 Pro? ->"Poor to average" That is just not true. The independent reviewers do put it near the top, but not the absolute top. As for how much better the competitors are, like the Curv - it's a fair bit more expensive and is better in many areas (although some of those areas have also reviewed bad, like the treshhold hopping has issues), and Narwal does seem to lead the pack in obstacle avoidance, which to me is pretty much the most important feature. I rather have an average vacuum that does make it through its routine than a great vacuum that got stuck halfways and never finished it. Needs vary.
r/RobotVacuums • So, Narwal is overpriced and sales are created by lying social media/reddit bots right? ->Consider Narwal. I bought one for each of my two floors and they performed extremely well.
r/RobotVacuums • First time buying a robot vacuum, recommendations needed ->We like our Z Ultra. Brought this one nearly 8 months ago. Narwal always shows a great performance in mopping. And the quietness is a bonus.
r/RobotVacuums • Advice, best mop/vacuum combo ->I think a standout feature of the Narwal that differs in real-world performance vs benchmark testing used by vacuum testing channels is that there is no restricted test parameters. So for example the narwal can sense if the area isnt clean yet and go back and clean it. So one pass over a dried stain might not be as good as another robot but if it goes back to finish and leaves a cleaner surface than a single pass during a typical mop session from a different vac, the end result is the narwal will leave the area cleaner. Now I'd perfect the smarts of the narwal paired with the best mopping capability naturally and I think the Narwal Flow will fill that niche but something I realized while doing far too much research on this is that benchmark testing doesnt tell the full story at all. It's like buying a dodge neon with a huge engine vs a porche with a slightly smaller but still big engine. Just a random musing while trying to decompress from too much research into buying a new vac lol
r/RobotVacuums • If money wasn’t an issue, what’s the best robot vacuum right now? ->I noticed it can clean for up to 270 minutes on a single charge. That's longer than my old Narwal, but I'm more excited to see how well its mopping function actually works.
r/VacuumCleaners • Any insights on Yeedi S14 PLUS roller mop robot vacuum? ->It's because I laugh how ecovacs is considered good with pets, but I've seen reviews of actual and real performance, not some lab tests, and they always struggle with hair getting stuck in their brushes. Ecovacs is just not as good as Narwal or the newer Roborock's model in that aspect. And if the test "fails" in that category, how can I believe other aspects of the review? Is it ust a coincidence that Ecovacs triumphes in every category with many of their robots?
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs X9 Pro Omni cleans up at VacuumWars awards - best overall, best mop, best dry vacuum ->Narwals are great and their antitag brush is amazing for dog hair.
r/dogs • Is a Roomba-like vacuum worth it for dogs? I need to be de-influenced for my wallets sake ->2 young kids and a dog and haven't used my simtick vacuum on the main floor since January. I have a Narwal, not a Roomba, but it 100% has replaced the stick vacuum.
r/dogs • Is a Roomba-like vacuum worth it for dogs? I need to be de-influenced for my wallets sake ->I really like the Narwal. Sadly... it's not HA compatible yet. Hoping someone fixes that one day.
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->Oh man, deciding on a robot vacuum is like trying to pick the best pizza topping combo—there’s no right answer! Personally, navigating around dog toys and somehow managing my long-haired cat’s shedding is my top struggle. I’ve been through the madness of getting vacuums jammed with hair more often than a concert mosh pit! I tried the Roomba first before giving the Roborock a shot—it’s like night and day for avoiding hair clumps. For mopping, Narwal’s practically the Baymax of vacuums, so no surprise it’s at the top of your list. Yeedi has some solid feedback on its roller mop tech, though I’m still a bit skeptical until I see fewer water skid marks. Also, services like ConsumerRating often have more insights on models like these if you want the nitty-gritty details. Good luck in the spring sale showdown!
r/RobotVacuums • What’s Your Top Priority When Choosing a Robot Vacuum? ->I have 3 cats and two Narwhal robovacs, and they are a godsend for pet fur and tracked litter. Sometimes an upright is still needed for some tasks, but for day to day maintenance, they keep the floors looking great. I have them vac and mop.
r/homeautomation • Can robot vacuum truly deep clean your home? ->I had a freo z ultra for a couple weeks and took it back for a saros 10r. Mopping on the Narwal was pretty good, vacuuming just ok. The iOS app has a pretty bad battery drain bug right now too. Also I didn’t like how much data the Narwal sent to servers. In the 2 weeks I had it, my firewall logs showed the Narwal sent over 20 GB of data. I had the remote video disabled so assume it was for vision AI analysis. Still, it shouldn’t need to send that much data. We’ll see if the Flow processes more locally. The Saros 10r by comparison has sent maybe 100 MB in a week. I’m guessing Roborock is doing more AI analysis on the robot.
r/RobotVacuums • Is there a robovac that excels both in vacuuming and mopping? ->Try Narwal robot, they do great with tangle-free tech. My Freo Z never has this problem.
r/RobotVacuums • How often do you all have to clean hair from the edges of the rubber brushes? ->What I am focusing most is looking at the reviews for snippets showing how robots clean edges and corners. When the robot boasts its extending mop pad/roller, and I see that because its navigation its cleaning the edges so bad it might as well have not extending mop, I take it as a signal of "we dont care if the feature is implemented properly, we care that we can boast it in marketing materials", and completely drop the brand from my considerations. So far Ecovacs and Yeedi (which have the same owner?) are especially showing bad signs of this, and I say that as someone who blindly bought their top of the line robot in about 2020, and been kinda happy with it since. When brand releases top-of-the-line robot at top-of-the-line price point with something as basic as vibrating mop pad, I cant shake of the "Lets see how many suckers will buy this if paid youtube shillers astroturf it to the moon", so there goes the Saros line, and a Roborock name gets a huge minus. Then theres Dreame, which looks solid at first glance, and after watching hundreds of videos I had to drop it too. They seem to want to be percieved as pioneers, offering retractable lidar, huge threshold crossings, and those features actually work, but the core navigation again shows that my floor would be cleaned very inconsistently, namely around edges. Then theres Narwal, a huge potential that seem to miss the mark every release. I want their Flow to finally fix their issues, but have little hope. And then theres Eufy, which to me remains the only brand limited by their technology and not programming. Missing extending mop means no edge mopping at all, but man when I look at any video how it hugs walls/chair legs, or how it navigates around corners, I am impressed. Apart from carpet cleaning performance and weak corner reach brush, they seem to done everything right, so I am waiting for what they drop next (aka S2). If they include edge extending mop+brush, I think its a clear winner for me. I dont care about carpets, the mopping is undisputed, the programming (navigation) has no match neither. Oh, and then theres Mova, which I am eagerly awaiting their Z50 Pro Ultra (which should have extending mop too), but theres so little info about that brand that I forget about them most of the time.
r/RobotVacuums • What’s Your Top Priority When Choosing a Robot Vacuum? ->I don't have other comparisons, but myself (long hair) and my cat have had a Narwal for over a year and I've never once had the roller clog with hair. It's got a tapered roller and apparently this is successful in keeping hair from getting tangled.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendation for hardwood floor and long hair ->I don't run my Narwal as often as some run their robots, but as long as I do maintenance on it, it runs fine. For me personally, breakdowns in tech like this have always been a combination of cheap tech and poor maintenance. Both of which I have complete control over....
r/RobotVacuums • Why do all robot vacuums seem to have a shelf life of like three months before they start having issues? ->Have narwal and am super impressed with it. Not sure about service in mlore
r/mangalore • Anybody using robotic vaccum cleaner? Which brand is good and has good after sales service in Mangalore? ->I hope you have a great experience with Eufy, I bought S1Pro. It was cleaning beautifully, a big upgrade from my Narwal, then 8 months in I had a fan error. From that point on and about 12 emails, customer service said the same thing in each email, I had already done the troubleshooting before. Couldn’t talk to CS, finally called Amazon and they helped me get a refund…but Eufy has 30 days to issue and then Amazon takes about 2 weeks. Needless to say, I am extremely careful about my next purchase.
r/RobotVacuums • 2 days in, Eufy E28 ->My GSD hates my Narwal. He especially hates when he sees the underside. I think he may think it’s a big monster. The spinning mop pads are the eyes and the flat roller brush is its mouth. Your cat, were it to get in a beef with a neighboring cat, would certainly have some impressive / intimidating muscle he could bring along.
r/germanshepherds • Robot vacuum? Best ones? ->Narwal is normally #1 in the industry with Object Avoidance. Along with the roller mop of the Narwal Flow, probably your best bet.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vac for mopping and obstacle avoidance ->Personally I'd get the Narwal or Eufy. Both are very good all around, but are two of the best mopping robots as well. The Q Revo Curv would be my pick if that price wasn't so astronomically inflated. It's only $1300 right now here in the US.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for a Vacuum/Mop for a Busy Household ->I just replaced my J7 and Narwal last week (2 of them). I had the M6 prior and it's simply awful. I got the Eufy e28. It's terrific. I know that you had issues years ago, but they came a long way. I've cleaned my entire house 4 or 5 times, and it barely used any water. I think that it should last weeks before refilling.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum+mop for me? ->I give Matic the Platinum award for industrial design. It's friendly, fun and blends in. Most people wouldn't even know it's a vacuum. The Gold goes to Narwal. They've really cared about this since the beginning and their competitors—Roborock Curv and DJI Romo—have copied them which I also really like. Silver goes to Eufy's S1 Pro. My family calls it the "Tron vacuum" because of its translucent plastics and illuminating ring. Bronze goes to the MOVA P and V line. I like the white version and I actually prefer the glossy because it's easier to wipe clean. I'd give the Dyson 360 Nav an honorable mention just because it looks beefy, like it's ready for business and comes in a cool color.
r/RobotVacuums • Best designed robot vacuums, rank em | and why don't manufacturers care about the design? ->I have an inside/outside cat. He mostly ignores the Freo Z Ultra, but when they do come close to each other, it pauses just like any other obstacle. Now, I don't trust it 100% not to suck up a hairball or vomit. That's asking for trouble. My cat doesn't have accidents unless sick. Anyone that has a Eufy S1 Pro or variant knows cleaning out the onboard dirty water reservoir is a PITA. Narwal has decided to keep that reservoir internal and use some new tech/methods to keep it clean. There's a paddle in the base station that keeps the dirty water mixed and easier to suck up and the Chinese reviews that have removed the onboard reservoir after a few months of use, seem to be favorable. Personally, I think you are going to see more and more of this concept as no-one wants to clean an onboard water reservoir. You still have to clean the dirty water tank on the base station. I suspect, like the Freo Z, the Flow will use a ton of water to keep the track-style mop clean and require refilling after every 1 or 2 uses. Of my robots, the Narwal maintains the cleanest base station and mop pads. That's their trademark (because using lots of water to wash works!) and I suspect the Flow will continue that trend.
r/RobotVacuums • Narwal Flow Thoughts ->In this list, you pay more for obstacle avoidance and special features like threshold climbing. That's the main difference between the mid and high tiers. And sometimes build quality. If you have a lot of thresholds and need climbing wheels, the Dreame X50. If you have a lot of obstacles that need avoiding (toys, poop, etc), the Freo Z Ultra. It should be heavily discounted for Black Friday since it's been superseded by the Flow and Freo Z10 Ultra. Keep in mind, consumables are higher for the Narwal's. If you want a more well rounded bot with probably the best app, the Saros 10R. But you're gonna pay out the nose—don't pay more than $1399 for it. I'd probably stay away from the Qrevo S at this point. It's the oldest of the bunch. The Freo Z and Saros 10R will feel more premium, if that matters to you. I'd consider the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete too. It's basically an X50 with a nicer base station and cheaper price. Do not buy before Black Friday.
r/RobotVacuums • Saros 10R, Freo Z Ultra, X50 Ultra, or just Qrevo S ->Narwal. Not the top of the line, but the next one down. It’s been really great. It adapts to changes without any issue. We really like it. I don’t know about home assist compatibility.
r/homeassistant • What's your TOP PICK for the best Robot Vacuum Mop today? ->My dogs freaked out at first with my Narwal, but we gave them high value treats every time we started a cycle and pretty soon they ignored it. The Narwal sensors have "pet detection" so it will stop when it sees my dog in its path. Since you have cats you could take them into a room with the robot and have Churu on hand. Just let them come up and sniff it, Churu, more sniffing, Churu etc.
r/RobotVacuums • Can we talk robot vacuums that don’t freak out pets? ->I bought one of the new ones and returned it for a Narwal. Much happier but Narwal needs to fire their UI people and redesign their app from the ground up.
r/gadgets • iRobot’s future isn’t looking up ->I wouldn’t accept this even if it was free. Returned mine and got a Narwal.
r/Costco • Roomba J6 for $150 in Sacramento, CA ->I fell for that 😂. I started to watch actual reviews on YouTube and the narwals kept performing poorly and I was so confused.
r/RobotVacuums • So, Narwal is overpriced and sales are created by lying social media/reddit bots right? ->I have a narwal and it's fucking awesome. With the plumbing kit it just sits in the laundry, drives itself out, cleans the house, then returns to the base station to clean its own mop pads, empty the vacuum bin and recharge. Then it does it all again the next day. I do about ten minutes of maintenance a month, that the app tells me to do, like emptying the bin or replacing the pads. It also occasionally tangles itself in stuff like string on the ground, it has a really nice vacuum system to avoid hair getting tangled though. There's also nice configurable extras like cleaning the mop pads after doing the toilet so you don't spread contamination.
r/smarthome • Considering a robovac, is there anyone out there that truly frees you from having to clean the mop yourself? ->My Narwal broke within a month and the warranty process was god awful. While I had it, it would ram full force into things in a way that was almost comical. Couldn't have been happier to move on to a different company, Went to Roborock in my case but the other products mentioned by others also seem interesting.
r/RobotVacuums • Narwal Flow Thoughts ->Blades are shit. Effective are the rollers that direct the hair towards one side like some dreame or narwal or to the centre like roborock
r/RobotVacuums • How often do you all have to clean hair from the edges of the rubber brushes? ->We also have Narwal and LOVE it.
r/Vaughan • Recommendations for a Robot Vacuum ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
