The best sub $600 robot that can compete with the fancy ones is the Mova P10 Pro. Budget matters, floor type matters. If you have tile, you need a roller mop because a spinning mop can’t get down into the grout between the tiles. In that case I think the Qrevo Curve 2 Flow is the best. There is a trade off however that roller mops are much thicker and may not fit under your cabinetry, as was the case with my house. If you’re willing to spare no expense, I’d say the Narwhal Flow is easily the best all around for the best mopping hands down, and ability to vacuum hair without tangling. The drawback is it was too thick to fit under my cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The Flow 2 has, so far, avoided everything it sees in its path. I get notifications with photos in the app. I have not tested it with vomit or poop but people are reporting it can identify and avoid tiny objects like a single key or earring. I get many notifications of dog and cat items (sometimes even the dog or cat), wires, etc so I think it will detect and avoid bio messes easily. https://preview.redd.it/bi5eokslscog1.jpeg?width=1079&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a0017b24ee404a2d80ee6188e2f48368724a09fe
I would seriously consider the Flow 2. It has been an absolute game changer for me with my constantly shedding Australian shepherd and two cats. As long as it runs every day, the dust bin doesn't clog so no need to manually empty it. Everyone with early access has been praising how well it mops too. Right now, most of the reported issues are app or software related and they are actively working to fix bugs and make improvements.
I got the flow since my house is mostly hard wood and the flow is great at mopping. Have had it since it was released and it’s been pretty good so far. The only complaint I would have is that it happens to be the same exact height as the gap between my cabinets and floors so sometimes gets jammed in that space and gets stuck. I had to map it to have a small no go zone there to avoid being stuck. But it does a great job cleaning and mopping.
The [Qrevo curv](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D81675BQ/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_C8AVY6HM4EDSN78AMS3S?linkCode=ml1&tag=daytona69ers-20&linkId=ccb660a8f34129792129036467df590a) is great but the [Qrevo curv 2](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FXG2BDTJ/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_B1KPYJSBB5X5EZBBVV3Z?linkCode=ml1&tag=daytona69ers-20&linkId=390b433d25bf757897fe24d6f22490d9) is a significant upgrade. Both have plenty of suction for thick carpet. Although neither is in your $300 price range tbh.
I got the curv 2 flow for 950. I like it so far. I guess I just need to keep up on maintenance every week but thats not a bad trade off when it cleans my floors really well every day
Just got the qrevo curv 2 flow. 1st robot vacuum in years and we are honestly impressed with it. Has our downstairs floors very clean all week!
I'm very happy with my Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow. It doesn't have a lot of the higher end bells and whistles, but it does a good job mopping. And it went on sale a few times recently for <= $680.
If you're willing to spare no expense, I would not recommend getting the narwal flow to be honest. I would wait until April and get the brand new Flow 2. Also the curv 2 flow has some pretty big issues, it has a serious issue with streaking because water doesnt get distributed properly with teh 8 nozzles of the curv 2 flow, I think a spinning mop would be better then the curv 2 flow, something like the CurvX.

Curv 2 flow has water distribution issues, it causes a lot of streaking. I think since you have a lot of animals, you should just get a good robo vac that has spinning mops, since they are less maintence and way easier to deal with hair and stuff, insteading of making the insides of the roler mechanism dirty, it just puts any hair it gets on it into the tray which you rinse once a month. For around the same price as the curv 2 flow you can get the curvX, or spend a lil more for the saros 10r, the price of the 10r will drop soon probably because the saros 20 series is releasing. If you want to try a roller mop, I have to say that the best roller mop is the narwhal flow, I think you should buy it on a place like amazon, try it for 2 weeks and see if it works well with all teh animal hair, and if it doesnt just return it. The price of the narwhal flow might also drop because the narwhal flow 2 is releasing soon.
it doesnt have a extending side brush for corners, so it litterly cant clean them. The roborock curv 2 flow has a extending mop and its around the same price if not cheaper. Its also pretty good at cleaning carpets and has a anti tangle brush. It does have some streaking issues, but that can be solved by using more water. (also i dont think eufy sells the solution cartridges for the s1 pro anymore, which is kind of a scummy tactic, i cant find them in stock anywhere) Edit: oko, now that i think about it, i mostly take back my statemenmt, i think for your case iuts good because you are mostly flooring, but most people have lots of carpets.
Seems like the only thing it really struggles that much with is heavy stains, but there usually arent that many heavy stains around, and you can always just wipe them using paper towels, and the robovac can get the rest.
yeah, no extending sidebrush is honeslty a pretty bad thing, but most people that got the curv 2 flow seem happy with its mopping, so I think its mostly fine for daily mopping.
Pa doesn’t really matter that much, it’s more the design of the actual vacuum, I’m assuming when you say qrevo c pro that you mean the curv 2 pro, it’s probably just slightly better performance then the normal roborock curvx. You can see the testing for the curvx and the curv 2 flow on vacuumwars.com, just click robot at the top, and then compare robot vacuums. If you scroll down little after clicking compare, you can see vacuuming tests and stuff like that. I think the main thing you have to think about between these 2 robovacs is if you want good corner cleaning. The curb 2 flow doesn’t have an extending side brush, so it won’t be able to clean corners. Make sure you’re ok with that before you decide on getting it. The curv 2 pro will have the extending side brush and be able to vacuum corners.
Oh sorry, I’ve never heard about the c pro lol. Since neither of them have the extending side brush, I would say go with the curv 2 flow. It’s a tiny bit more maintenance but I think it’s worth it for the roller mop.
I would say with about 90 percent confidence that you should go with the flow 2. Its obviously not out yet, so it might have some issues, but the oringinal flow was amazing at mopping, and all the others have some pretty big downsides imo Dreame aqua 10: Lots of complaints baout leaky base and stuff, wouldnt reccomend taking the risk Roborock curv 2 flow: Only has 8 nozzles, and a lot of people are complaining about streaking because the water doesn't get evenly distributed on the roller. Ecovacs: I dont really like ecovacs, mostly because I always hear people complaining about them, which points to them not having the best quality control or build quality, but some people do have a good experience, so might be a good option, but I still think you should go with the flow.
Since you have muddy paw prints, i would say definatly go with a roller mop, however, the curv 2 flow isnt the best at getting rid of dried on stains. It will probably be fine if you make it clean up before the stain fully dries tho. I do think the curv 2 flow is one of the lowest maintence roller vacs tho, which is nice.
No the curve definitely washes the mops part way through
