A few things. QX revo has 2 year warranty Arc has 1. It’s Costco so maybe not important. The QX revo has air drying of the mop so minimum drying time is 6 hours. I personally have the plus and it cleans great, annoyed by the lack of hot air for drying because the QX revo did have the hot air. But I don’t think I would notice the extra edge cleaning and we are all 100% tile so it’s vacuuming is plenty good. So I’m sticking with the plus.
We bought the Revo Plus a few weeks ago and have been very pleased. We have two big dogs and three cats in a 1300sf house. We run it pretty much every day after the last person leaves. After a few days it cleaned up all the fur our usual cleaning couldn’t and the mopping handle paw prints well.
I bought this one (QX Revo Plus) a couple weeks ago at Costco for $479. Love it so far and Costco is well known for their return policy if something goes wrong.
I just bought the plus because it's a little cheaper, I could pick it up locally, it came with more stuff and I decided I didn't need the edge cleaning with the flexiarm. So far I've been really happy with it but it's only been a few days. We have a 2000 sq ft apartment, no pets, no kids, both pretty clean, but we do both have very long hair. So my biggest long term concern is the hair tangling. The arc has the split rollers which are anti tangling. Edit: more details
Owning a shark vacuum was one of my most frustrating endeavors in the last year. Finally gave up and threw it away once I bought the Revo plus from Costco. Works great now! Wish I had done it sooner
Just bought the plus for 649 CAD at Costco. Will report back. Costco return warranty is what sold me on it
I got the Revo Plus from Costco last week and it’s been great so far. Tried the Shark model Costco has and it’s pretty bad in comparison overall to the Roborock
An original Roomba from 20 years ago is my only robot experience, so take this for what it's worth (aka not someone who can tell you what is "best" given the varieties of models out there today). But I recently purchased a RoboRock from Costco and am quite happy with it. It doesn't mop from dirty as well as a person would, but for maintenance it is perfect. Yes, I have a golden retriever and fluffy cats. The robovac is awesome cause it has two smaller rollers angled in and it stops the long retriever feathers getting wrapped around. We have the qrevo c plus (something like that). With my ecovac it had one long roller and I was constantly having to cut out the fur.
Great question — all four are solid options, but if **precise, straight-line navigation** and **smart edge cleaning** are your top priorities, here’s a quick breakdown based on real-world usage and reviews: # Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 – Best All-Around * **Straight-line pathing is excellent** thanks to improved AI + LiDAR + front obstacle camera. * **Edge mopping is actually intelligent** (mops extend and trace baseboards). * Very few complaints about zigzagging once mapping is complete. * 7,000Pa suction + mop lifting, self-cleaning dock, and fully automated. Here’s a product link with more details: 👉 [Dreame L10s Ultra Gen2](https://www.dreametech.com/products/l10s-ultra-gen-2-robot-vacuum?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=Reasonable-Cheek-214&utm_campaign=Recs) # Ecovacs T30C / T50 Omni * Great suction and dual mop arms (the T50 improves on the T30). * Pathing is solid, but **edge handling tends to be weaker** than Dreame or Roborock. * App experience isn’t as refined — sometimes gets confused with complex layouts. * T30C lacks some dock automation that the T50 has. # Roborock Q Revo Plus * Clean layout and UI, but **no AI obstacle detection** like the Dreame or Ecovacs models. * Does fine in open spaces, but might **zigzag around furniture** more. * Mops don’t retract — they only lift slightly. # ✅ Verdict: If you want top-tier navigation and the most “set it and forget it” automation, **go for the L10s Ultra Gen 2**. It nails precise movement and doesn’t get lost or spin in circles like older bots — and it’s often **more affordable** than Ecovacs' high-end models with better long-term reliability. Let me know if you want to compare carpet handling, obstacle detection, or app features!
All three are solid picks, but here’s a quick breakdown to help you decide: **🥇 Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2** – Best all-rounder * Excellent AI obstacle avoidance * Dual mop pads that lift on carpet * Auto mop washing, drying, and dustbin emptying * Great app, reliable mapping ✅ Ideal if you want *hands-free cleaning* with smart features. **🥈 Roborock Q Revo Plus** – Best value * Rotating mops, mop lifting, and self-cleaning dock * Slightly weaker obstacle avoidance than Dreame * Great Roborock app and consistent performance ✅ Best if you want *great cleaning* without breaking the bank. **🥉 Ecovacs T50 Pro Omni** – Feature-rich but newer * Powerful suction and solid navigation * Ecovacs app can feel cluttered * AI features not as polished as Dreame or Roborock ✅ Good if you want *top hardware* and don’t mind a learning curve. **Verdict:** If you want the most *refined smart experience*, go with the **L10s Ultra Gen 2**. If budget is tighter, **Q Revo Plus** offers 90% of the experience for less. The **T50 Pro** is promising but still proving itself.
