Vi kjøpte S50 eller noe sånn i 2019 for cirka 3000. Fungerer som bare pokker. Byttet en sensor i fjor, kostet 55kr.
I dag ville jeg kjøpt Roborock Q5 Pro, koster cirka det samme. Men har støtt for flere etasjer og børste du ikke må krangle med når den skal rengjøres.
It's pretty easy to open the unit and replace the battery with one from AliExpress.
My roborock S50 turns 7 next month, it is really easy to change its parts. Had to replace the lidar a while back after a minor accident, changed the battery at the same time. Works like a dream.
i bought a used Roborock S50 for 45 EUR last month, which means it is 5-6 years old. i cleaned it up, it works perfectly fine as new. Runs on its first battery according to seller. cleans my 1000sqft flat easy when fully charged with 50% charge left.
Flashed it with Valetudo to make it fully local and cloud independent and integrated it into Home Assistant.
Repairability i understand with Roborock is decent and replacement parts are cheap.
İ like to use proven products, maybe it has less features = less things that can break. İ will use it for a long time.
