I got a eufy e20 a month ago. So far, I love it. I didn't want a mopping feature, so it fit the bill. It is replacing a roomba s7 that died 1 month after the warranty expired. It mapped like a dream, super quick. I could never get the roomba to go into my bedroom voluntarily. I run it 5 days a week and it had never gotten stuck, unlike the roomba. It does a great job on the pet hair. My floors are all hardwood.

Also, I can't explain his stupid it is when it comes to rugs. I have it vac/mopping like 1200 sq feet that is all hardwood with like 8 rugs. It gets stuck on a rug like every 2 runs no matter what I do in the maps/settings.
For sure. But there's no way to avoid it. One is definitely too high. i try to program it to avoid that (no go zone) and it inevitably catches a corner of it or a side 3 days later and then it keeps happening.
Then, I have a few very thin runners that it can't help but to pull up the corner of. And aside from having to "fluff" those every morning after it runs, it occasionally bunches them up so much that it gets stuck on them, too. And those are in hallways that it must traverse to get to other areas that it needs to clean.
It's just an annoying amount of upkeep/babysitting vs. the hopes that most people have for a "hands off" experience after dropping this kind of coin on a futuristic robovac... especially one that touts it's super fantastic AI camera functionality. Like... you can't see a rug that's 50% your height, know that you've gotten stuck on it 1400 times in the past and maybe avoid it?
