Ran both in my own home: Saros 20 missed 10% fewer obstacles than the X60. Roborock's torque wheels handle cables better if you're lazy like me.

Looks like a solid flagship. The Saros 20 is the one with spinning mops and the Saros 20 sonic is the one with the vibrating flat mop which can wash the mop when it’s left behind at the base station while the robot cleans. There’s an improved threshold climbing wheel similar to Dreame’s ProLeap but it can go backwards which should mean less bumps when it gets onto the higher threshold or level. There’s also dustbag drying (a feature I love). I hope it does well :)

Most robots can cross this. The dreame/MOVA robots with the ProLeap/StepMaster system and the roborock Saros 20 and the Saros 20 sonic with their improved threshold crossing system should be able to clear this with ease.

The roborock models with Adaptlift can only cross a single threshold up to 3cm and a tiered threshold up to 4cm (3cm + 1cm). Only dreame and MOVA’s robots with their threshold climbing features (ProLeap and StepMaster) can cross higher single thresholds.

In alphabetical order: Dreame’s robots with the ProLeap system (too many to list), Eufy’s S2, MOVA’s robots with the StepMaster system (V50, Z60 Ultra Roller Complete, Mobius 60, V70), Narwal’s flow, and Roborock’s model with the Adaptlift chassis should comfortably cross an inch

I have both, except I have the Max Ultra Compete version. X60 Max Ultra and Saros 20 (sonic) do identical jobs. I have to turn AI off on the Dreame Robots, otherwise they aimlessly spin and wander around my house doing ridiculous cleaning patterns that resemble a zoo animals rendition of the Mona Lisa. Roborock units are always 100% solid on navigation and routing (even with AI turned on). BIGGEST DIFFERENCES IN MY HOME BETWEEN THE TWO: Dreame dual solution tank means I get to add floor cleaning solution in tank A to clean my floors, AND I mixed some sanitizing solution into the “B” or “Pet” tank that is only used to clean the mop pads at the station - which keeps the mops fresh and sanitized - which means NO STINK and helps clean the mop tray. Roborock only has one single solution tank that’s loaded onto the robot so I don’t have that luxury with the Saros. Also, the “complete” version comes with tons of extra consumables which is nice. But in your case, you won’t get either the dual solution or extra accessories with just the X60 Ultra. Cleaning wise, the biggest difference is that Dreame puts their recyclable LiDAR on the front on the robots, which prohibits them from going under my cabinet toe kicks entirely (unless I set those areas as low clearance zones - which I refuse to because the Dreame navigates like it’s drunk with the LiDAR down…) Roborock puts their retractable LiDAR on the back, so the Saros swoops in underneath my cabinets and fridge without any issue.

I decided to take the leap and try the T90. In the paste have openly shared my distaste for the X8 Pro Omni and the T50 Max Pro Omni that I had. The X8 left bad water marks on the floors and the T50 couldn’t map my home to save its life and also wouldn’t wet the mops consistently (it would dry mop randomly). The T90 feels totally different. I’ve actually enjoyed using it for the last 3 days… and I prefer it over the Saros 20. By a pretty good margin. I know I’m going to get hate, and EcoVacs isn’t my favorite brand by any means, but as long as this thing can keep going without any major hiccups, this could be such an amazing value buy for people wanting a roller mop with flagship features (assuming you can get it below $700) The comparable model in the Yeedi lineup should be the Yeedi M16 Infinity which I might try out to see if the budget version still holds up (assuming the T90 doesn’t start acting up) I also want to mention that EcoVacs has updated their app UI and there is some cool features that I really enjoy using. It’s still not a Roborock UI, but it’s dang close. There is now a listed cleaning sequence that pops up when you start multiple room cleanings and it gives you the option to skip a room or add a new room in front of the room it’s currently cleaning. Also, I really like the Dynamic Island feature that displays on my phone showing me the cleaning time and information on what the robot is doing. Again, hate me all you want. Downvote the post idc. I openly bash on EcoVacs all the time. Straight the T90 has been awesome for me. **Pros:** **-** *Price (if on sale)* *- Love the matted texture on the dock and robot (it’s not shiny plastic)* *- Does everything my $1,600 Narwal Flow 2 and Roborock Saros 20 does… for half the price* *- Vacuums really well and gets under my cabinets well* *- Mops well (no streaks, floors feel the same as when the Flow 2 Mops)* *- Water efficiency is great.* *Uses* *the exact same amount of water on the medium (30) setting that Narwal Flow 2 uses to mop my entire house. See photos for comparison.* **Cons:** \- *Sounds like a remote control car when driving through my house (kinda of a high pitched motor whirring from the wheels)* \- *I noticed EcoVacs robots like “see-saw” when they stop and go which is weird. Doesn’t seem firmly planted on the floor.* Hate away! I’ll continue using the T90 until it breaks or something pisses me off enough to return it. If it gets to that point you can count on me updating this thread with a nice post eating crow and letting the world know I was wrong.

This thing could literally clean for hours on end. This cleaning session pictured used like 10% battery. I have dust bin empty set to frequent so it goes back a lot. Each time it tops up like 5-10% battery within a few minutes and then goes back out. For comparison, the Mova Z60 set to same settings drained to 10% battery within 800 sq ft and had to go back and recharge for almost an hour before going back out…

So I noticed after a while one of our rooms was looking really dirty - like it’s wasn’t getting mopped overnight. The rest of the house looked spotless. After investigating, indeed the T90 is only mopping a very very small corner of the room before moving on to the next room. I watched it later in the evening to verify, and yes, it only mops a small corner and then leaves. The odd part is, it vacuums the entire room no issue, and if i send it back to “Zone” clean or send it back for a separate “Vac and Mop” cleaning run - it mops the entire room. No problem. It only happens in “Mop after Vac” mode. I’ve tried deleting the nearby rug/carpet to see if the at fixed the issue - it did not. I have emailed EcoVacs support to see what they say. https://preview.redd.it/g0dvlcjslevg1.jpeg?width=1206&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=23022a73414503de883b7bca8b52a3448fcd9e9d

Chiariamo.

If you need something low profile the saros 20 is great better as it’s really low and the lidar isn’t on top of the vacuum. I like the rotating mops because they clean but I also have the saros 10 with the vibrating mop that works without issues. The saros 10 has the lidar on top so it’s profile does grow but you can change it in the settings. However I personally feel it might defeat the purpose it’s permanently to off. Both take pictures, if you want, of the objects it gets blocked with and you can set it to ignore them for future if you want. The tank is big so knowing where it will go will either make it standout or be an eyesore. The access to the dirty water tank is easy and great as well as the bag. I however do not have any carpet all laminated. I have a small area rug that is low shag and haven’t had issues.

I have that. We have 4 bowls which are on the floor and a fountain water bowl and both vacuum do not touch it. It shows as an obstacle and you can bypass it to not avoid it or leave it as is. Saros 20 definitely has more advance features than 10. But I think both will still get what you want. It learns and grows with what you need and I have been very happy with the level of clean and avoidance it does.
