I have this one! It does mop, though. Shark is a good brand and it helps a lot with the litter. I run the vacuum probably twice as much or more than the mop because of the litter.

Now “no wrap” doesn’t mean “no wrap”. The hair migrates to the ends of the beater bar. Still have to unclog the thing at least once per cycle (run it 1x/wk).
I recently got this one, but without the mop feature. I have been struggling with it. Apparently, it does not work unless it is connected to WiFi and you use the app. I have a hard time getting it to stay connected to WiFi even though it is docked right next to the router.
I've had a Matrix for 3 years and a Matrix 2 in 1 for 1 year and they have been extremely reliable! I've got two long haired cats and these deal with hairs like a charm!
I have to say you're right, the app is junk and a hassle to setup. Once you're up and running and you don't have to interact with the app, I think they're a fabulous value!
I've been running the same schedule and map since I've acquired my OG Matrix 3 years ago. Haven't had a single problem with it. The main issue I've had with the 2 in 1 is that the area avoidance for the mop tend do not work. The work around has been the create a room for the area I want it to avoid and excluding it from the scheduled clean.

I just got the narwhal Freo pro. I upgraded from the horrendous shark matrix 2-1.
It is amazing. The only down side is that I have to buy cleaning tablets for it and dust bags. And unfortunately no off brand company makes the dust bags for this model. So I buy the dust bags for ultra. It fits all the same :).
It’s also on sale on Amazon for 460$, originally 700$
My downstairs (small space) is all tile, so I just use a shark matrix 2 in 1. I’m waiting to replace it with a narwhal.
I vacuum all the carpets manually.
