I bought a switchbot k10+ pro for 200 euro (on sale) as my first bot a month or so ago. The mop is so bad I don't even use it, but I genuinely couldn't live without a robot vacuum now. They have a poor reputation and this bot is far from perfect, but for the rest of my life I will own a robot vacuum. It feels a bit like using a cellphone for the first time. The floors of the house are so much cleaner by default now that I will never ever go back.

Switchbot k10+ Pro works fine for this purpose for me. It's the smallest one out there so gets under bedside tables etc where others wouldn't fit. Don't pay full price for it, but at 40 or 50% off it's been great

Agreed. I would love to see more "mini" robot vacuums. Both the switchbot k10+ pro (I own it) and the Deebot mini (I don't own it) have significant performance issues. At least the Deebot mini has actual spinning mop pads though.

Switchbot k10+ pro I don't recommend it, despite liking it, because it's my first bot and now I'm definitely going to replace it for one with mop pads after seeing how great robot vac are

Switchbot k10+ pro owner here. Very happy with it given it's small size, but I do wish it had spinning mop pads. It just drags a wet wipe around the floor so basically doesn't mop. If you can find somewhere that reviews both bots, and if the Deebot Mini scores similar for vacuuming, then it could be worth a go to get the mopping benefits.

It's upside over the switchbot (which I own) is the spinning mop pads. The switchbot just drags a wet wipe around the floor.

I don't quite think that's accurate. A number of people got the K10+ pro when I recommended it for Prime Day and bothered to post on here how happy they were. As a brand, I really like Switchbot and I don't think it ever gets enough attention. The K10+ Pro and K11 are WAY better than they ought to be w their stats. I've tested both. I don't love the S10 or S20, but those minibots? Magic.

Honestly it just forces me to not leave a mess of cables every 2 days, which is good 😂 Love the K10+ Pro (don't get the non-Pro!)

We have the k10+ pro and it is emptied every 3 months. It's reasonably priced, but you kinda have to be home to run it until you get the kinks worked out because it will get stuck on cords and some rugs. You can edit your map to make those areas no-go zones. It's got one of the smallest towers.

Yes, I agree! It makes me tidy up all my "doom piles" and cables. But my husband leaves his cables out so I need to be mindful of that.

Every vacuum will have positive and negative reviews and recommendations. You job is to go through those and figure out which may or may not apply to you and make the best decision you can. This sub has been very active over the last month since it was just Prime Day. So you'll have a lot of recent reviews and recommendations to go through. Switchbot is still offering prime day deals on their Canadian and US website. When I bought my vacuum it had 4.1/5 stars and now I've seen it has dropped to 3.8 but it works great for our home. I bought the Switchbot K10+ Pro on sale before prime day for $380 CAD on Amazon and I see it's currently the same price ($449 less 15%).

Hi I have a Switchbot k10+ pro which seems very similar to the K11. It's basically only a vacuum as the mop is essentially attaching wet wipes to the roller. If you're looking for a robot that is small, this is it! It has really great suction on floors and carpet. We have 1 floor and 1100 square feet and it's been great for us. This sale day I also ordered a Dreame L40 Ultra as price in Canada is remarkably low and I want to add on mopping. We plan to keep the Switchbot to run a few days a week as it get in between our counter stool legs, under our computer chair and under our low sofa. The k11 is very new so won't have many reviews yet.

Recently got the Dreame L40 ultra on clearance (Amazon $474). It takes care of long shedding dog hair (German Shepherd Husky mix) on an all low pile carpeted 2nd floor. I had a Switchbot K10+ Pro there before, and it handled the pet hair fine too. But the Switchbots bigger issue was that it hardly made it around the whole floor without getting stuck (kids bedrooms). The L40 obstacle avoidance is much better, hasn’t gotten stuck yet, which is really the difference maker. The L40 (regular brush roll) and K10+ Pro both still need long human hair removed from the brush roll sides, but it’s a quick easy weekly task. K10+ Pro is now downstairs where there aren’t any obstables, and it takes care of the dog hair on wood floor and on a very low pile rug (washable rug). Saros 10R is on an all tile floor and never has issues with dog hair or obstacles. Theres no human hair maintenance either with the split roller. The Saros 10r obstacle avoidance seems better than L40 in that there are fewer false positives, and it tends to get closer to objects on the floor.

Lots of robots integrate very well with HA. The Xiaomi/Roborock integration in particular is excellent and you can do a lot with it. You’re still tied to the cloud though, which is why Valetudo could be a good option - the install might be tricky though and/or you might not be able to use all features. Basically you just need to research your chosen robot carefully.  If you literally want a small robot, I picked up a SwitchBot K10+ Pro for my work office shortly after Prime day as they were heavily reduced. It’s the smallest robot you can think, and actually pretty decent. Lacks all the bells and whistles of bigger/costlier robots though! Apparently can integrate with HA over Matter, not tried yet (although I will at some point).
