I don't quite think that's accurate. A number of people got the K10+ pro when I recommended it for Prime Day and bothered to post on here how happy they were. As a brand, I really like Switchbot and I don't think it ever gets enough attention. The K10+ Pro and K11 are WAY better than they ought to be w their stats. I've tested both. I don't love the S10 or S20, but those minibots? Magic.

I vacuumed and mopped so little, that robot vacuums make a lot of sense. I still manually vacuum once a month, but my Roomba and Switchbot keep my floors plenty clean for me. I'm not particularly messy though—no pets, no kids, etc.

I still have my Roomba 770 that I bought at a Best Buy in 2012 for $450 🤣. It lives in the basement now, and I go down there every now and then to empty it and blow out the filters. I run a SwitchBot mop/vacuum on the main level now. I don't really need a robot vacuum down in the basement, but as long as it still works that's what I'll use it for. I've replaced the battery pack a couple of times since I bought it, and when this one wears out (or something else stops working) I'll send it off to recycling. At the time I bought it, it was the way to go. But by modern standards it's extremely primitive.

It's upside over the switchbot (which I own) is the spinning mop pads. The switchbot just drags a wet wipe around the floor.

In my experience, over a few months, it doesn’t mop or vacuum very well. The roller mop bounces and is not consistent. The vacuum leaves springs of hair around the floor for us to pick up, rather then vacuum. Its experienced errors, which SwitchBot repaired and sent back with more issues then when it was sent. They agreed something happened during repair and offered a full refund. I will not buy another one and will stick with our iRobot s9. Gets stuck a lot but it vacuums really well

Yeah those swiffer pad junk was garbage. Switchbot didn't do too well with the roller in my testing video. Oddly the Eufy S1 besides a battery failure has been doing well in my tests. Crazy it can pick up dried muddy foot prints.

Are you talking about the Switchbot model or a different one? The spinning mop heads were an insane upgrade from the vibrating pad and do an excellent job at saturating the floor, so I'm curious how a roller could be even better.
