"Support had me go through all the usual troubleshooting steps — no fix. ... I was told a replacement had been “processed” and would ship. ... It’s now been nearly two weeks and my order is still showing as “processing”. ... I’ve exchanged 24+ emails with Support. The replies are all scripted apologies and vague “please wait” responses. ... r/RobotVacuums • Extremely cheap vacuum suggestions for my office? ->Just picked up a Yeedi during black friday. We have pets at home, and it actually handles the hair well, at least I don’t have to walk around with a lint roller every day.😂 It’s not going to get things 100% spotless, but it just makes things a lot more comfy. Especially on busy days, I honestly find it reliable.

Since I don't have a lot of space at home for a robot vacuum with a docking station and I'm also on a tight budget, I went for this one. It's really space-saving, and it comes with its own dustbin and water tank, so it can vacuum and mop at the same time. I think it's pretty good value for money.

The longer dog hair can get tangled, so you have to clean the brushes often. Now we have just the one short hair dog. The Yeedi (?) works well in the dog hair.

A robot vacuum helps a lot with that, you can just schedule it to run a few times a day, and it’ll pick up the hair for you.
