"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"

"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"

"I got the Q5 Pro for $139. ... costs $450 less than what I paid for the S6 ... it is the best value option out there imo."

"I think its hands down the best all around option right now, especially once you hook it up to the water line and drain, i run it daily in our house and we got rid of our cleaning help because of it."

"I have an even thicker rug than this and my Curv has no issues ... It's the reason I bought mine because I have an even thicker rug than that and no robot could even climb onto it"

"I absolutely do not regret buying the robot vacuum. ... My room is a lot cleaner and dust-free now, and I can tell just by wiping my floor with a wet toilet paper and seeing barely anything picked up. ... I've been getting allergens a ton less, most of which not even in my room. ... All this for the commitment of a weekly emptying is miles more convenient than vacuuming traditionally, as opposed to making a few taps on my phone. ... looking back it was definitely worth the investment."

"It picks up pet hair without any issues ... super awesome for me"

"super good suction, power ... It has stood the test of my four shepherds."

"splurge for the self emptying because if you have to empty it every time you're less likely to use it. We only have to empty ours like once a month and I have a 14mo and a 3yo who drop crumbs everywhere. ... we have a Shark with a large self emptying bin and that thing is great for the price point."

"Get one that has the auto empty dock. I empty mine every couple of days that way."

"Self emptying is a must."

"it's a dream/works so well. ... I am shocked (kinda disgusted at times!) at how much it picks up."

"They are dumb little tanks and for the size of their tiny little Motors they are beasts they will suck up a whole pad of Post-it notes in a heartbeat!"

"Support had me go through all the usual troubleshooting steps — no fix. ... I was told a replacement had been “processed” and would ship. ... It’s now been nearly two weeks and my order is still showing as “processing”. ... I’ve exchanged 24+ emails with Support. The replies are all scripted apologies and vague “please wait” responses. ... Their site promises 3–5 days for new orders, yet for a replacement I’ve paid almost $500 for, I’ve received nothing. ... I’ve asked for a refund policy and escalation, but I keep getting ignored."

"I have never faced such a horrible service from any products in my life. ... Their service is ridiculous. ... The technician would come home and then inspect the device and raise a ticket for the spare part. So the spare part will be couriered to the customer directly after 2 or 3 weeks. Once this reaches your home, the technician will come again and replace that part. This is ridiculous. ... They don't provide service, they don't provide warranty. ... n one of my friends case, they had denied warranty saying there is fungus on board and its caused by water damage."

"Ecovacs has the worst after sales of any company in any place of the world I have ever experienced. ... The company won’t take responsibility and goi around in circles. ... They wasted more than 6 months after talk to multiple people and site visits and it was escalated till the head of the after sales who I will name clearly: Tanmay Gangani, who is an absolute unprofessional and blatant liar with no sense of responsibility and ethics."

"It gives up quickly and does not map well. ... For example, first time out, it was unable to leave the kitchen. ... So it mapped the kitchen and a space outside the kitchen that it could see was called a room. But it was only able to see 30% of the actual room. ... It did not update the map as the dreame would each run. ... Sent out for a remap. Got the center room and failed to get the hallway that did not have a threshold to cross, got 20% of another room it could't get in and didn't place a wall where there was a wall."

"lost of navigation. ... When come out from the dock station, it somehow lost direction. ... Had to reset it and remap again. ... Almost do it 3 time a weeks. ... lost of connection"

"the bot frequently and randomly loses the map so you have to babysit it as you help it remap, and you have to redraw all the virtual boundaries."

My yeedi c12 pro plus is actually pretty quiet (way quieter than my old Dyson). It's not pricey, but honestly, its cleaning function is just as good as those more expensive brands.

Have you seen the Vacuum Wars rankings? YEEDI's C12 PRO PLUS is listed as a budget pick. I think the reason you don't see YEEDI recommended much is just because brands like Roborock and Dreame are more talked about here.

If you don't want to be constantly bothered with having to buy dust bags, I'd suggest going for the C12 PRO PLUS because it's bagless. Honestly, it can save you a lot of money if you vacuum daily.

Just picked up a Yeedi during black friday. We have pets at home, and it actually handles the hair well, at least I don’t have to walk around with a lint roller every day.😂 It’s not going to get things 100% spotless, but it just makes things a lot more comfy. Especially on busy days, I honestly find it reliable.

I have a Yeedi robot vacuum and it’s the top home purchase for myself other than my espresso maker lol. It was pretty affordable too! I have two young boys so our floors constantly have dirt and crumbs plus dog hair. I run it 1-2 times a day and it works great

Hey, I'm using the Yeedi C12, bro. It fits right into your budget, just $169. Since I don't have a lot of space at home for a robot vacuum with a docking station and I'm also on a tight budget, I went for this one. It's really space-saving, and it comes with its own dustbin and water tank, so it can vacuum and mop at the same time. I think it's pretty good value for money.

It works fine. The suction is powerful. Since I have cats, I notice it picks up cat hair and litter debris cleanly, and there's no issue with hair getting wrapped around the brush roller, which saves me some trouble.

Tbh, you just need to pick the one that fits your budget. No need to go for those pricey and fancy ones as long as the simple one can meet your needs. I used the yeedi c12 pro a while back, I got it cause its base station doesn’t need to change the dust bags, so I don’t have to deal with the cost of dust bags or replacing them.

We had Roombas for a while but just switched to Yeedi (?). It has a mop and vacuum. We used to have two dogs with our Roomba. The longer dog hair can get tangled, so you have to clean the brushes often. Now we have just the one short hair dog. The Yeedi (?) works well in the dog hair.

I got a yeedi robot vacuum when my baby was about 8 months. Every night after kids fall asleep, I tidy up the living room and let the robot vacuum and mop the floors. Sometimes I’m too tired to pick up toys, I just leave the mess and let the robot do its thing.
