"Support had me go through all the usual troubleshooting steps — no fix. ... I was told a replacement had been “processed” and would ship. ... It’s now been nearly two weeks and my order is still showing as “processing”. ... I’ve exchanged 24+ emails with Support. The replies are all scripted apologies and vague “please wait” responses. ... My yeedi c12 pro plus is actually pretty quiet (way quieter than my old Dyson). It's not pricey, but honestly, its cleaning function is just as good as those more expensive brands.
r/RobotVacuums • Noise level ->Have you seen the Vacuum Wars rankings? YEEDI's C12 PRO PLUS is listed as a budget pick. I think the reason you don't see YEEDI recommended much is just because brands like Roborock and Dreame are more talked about here.

We have pets at home, and it actually handles the hair well, at least I don’t have to walk around with a lint roller every day.😂 It’s not going to get things 100% spotless, but it just makes things a lot more comfy. Especially on busy days, I honestly find it reliable.

Since I don't have a lot of space at home for a robot vacuum with a docking station and I'm also on a tight budget, I went for this one. It's really space-saving, and it comes with its own dustbin and water tank, so it can vacuum and mop at the same time. I think it's pretty good value for money.
