I'm 6'4" 360 lbs. I use this Teton sleeping pad [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P6DJ8O?th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P6DJ8O?th=1) and/or a Therm-a-rest pad [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HANOZRY?th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HANOZRY?th=1) The Teton pad is not small, but if you are just setting up camp near your car they are great. The Term-a-rest rolls up small enough with my wool blanket to strap on to my backpack and is easy to carry around. It just isn't as comfortable alone.

I have had a [TETON Sports Outfitter XXL Camp Pad](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B000P6DJ8O?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2) since 2019, and I love it. My wife has one too. Its worth it 100%.. and we use it on Teton XXL camping cots. Consistently went from terribly sleeps because I'm 250lbs and air mattresses are not compatible. They always deflate, even bed in a bag, and higher end air mattresses. Sure, they're bulkier and heavier to transport, but the sleep is totally worth it.

Love my Teton Sports XXL sleeping pad. It's big, but at 2.5" thick, it makes my cot super cozy plus it insulates me from the cold ground when I winter camp in single digit temps.
