I'm 6'4" 360 lbs. I use this Teton sleeping pad [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P6DJ8O?th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P6DJ8O?th=1) and/or a Therm-a-rest pad [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HANOZRY?th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HANOZRY?th=1) The Teton pad is not small, but if you are just setting up camp near your car they are great. The Term-a-rest rolls up small enough with my wool blanket to strap on to my backpack and is easy to carry around. It just isn't as comfortable alone.
Teton is the best. They don't have a 2-person but they do have an XL that is the size of a twin-sized bed. I have slept on the ground with it down to 25 F and I was cowboy camping (no tent). I just wrapped myself in blankets and dressed properly. Otherwise - you don't see brands because there are many "brands" that frankly are temporary. Just search Amazon for foam camping pad and you'll find many. Though I prefer to use them with a cot. Coleman makes a nice basic cot.
Love my Teton Sports XXL sleeping pad. It's big, but at 2.5" thick, it makes my cot super cozy plus it insulates me from the cold ground when I winter camp in single digit temps.
2nd the Teton XXL, my 6'2" , 300# hubby loves his. Matching Teton mattress, and he has their sleeping bag too.
teton evergreen bag. if you really want luxury, put it on top of their outfitter xxl cot plus the pad that goes with it.
I feel your pain, brother. i'm 6'9" and in my 50's. Sleeping bag: Teton XXL celsius is a winner Cot: Teton sports outfitter xxl cot and Pad: while expensive will give you a GREAT nights sleep I find I have a lot less tolerance for sleeping on the ground on a sleeping pad. It's really not all that comfortable and getting up and down is a pain in the butt.
