We have a Coleman 2-person cot (50-inch wide x 78-inch long). We put our 2 Teton sleeping pads (3-inch thick) on top, then combine our 2 Teton XXL zero-degree sleeping bags. Teton Sports also makes a huge XXL sleeping cot with a matching pad that is really thick and heavy. We are considering the pad for our cot as well since it doesn't require air.
