I’ve had mine for about a year and love it. Package alert, video quality etc work great. Miles better than the arlo it replaced. Luckily I haven’t had any of the issues people have reported.

I use Arlo Pro. I set it up myself, connects to my home wifi, there's an app to check, saves vid for 3 days w/o a subscription. It's a camera system that sells doorbells on the side. I checked already. They don't share data (as much as someone can trust this in 2026)

Pretty common. I have Alexa in almost every room, an Arlo video doorbell, and my kid has a smart thermostat but hates it. It doesn’t work well. I have a basic thermostat that’s fine

Not worth it for me because it isn't weather proof. They didn't waterproof this doorbell, a device that is intended for outdoor use. It would have checked all the boxes for me, but lack of weatherproofing is a hard no based on my local weather and house architecture. We went with Reolink, which is only OK. The main plus for reolink over Arlo (our previous) is no subscription.

We have an Arlo system (cameras and a video doorbell), and we really like it.

I’ve got an Arlo doorbell camera. It does a descent job. My only real complaint is I got the battery one and I have to charge it fairly often and I miss the battery warning constantly so I’ve had it just be dead on me.

The Ring Battery Doorbell or Arlo battery doorbell work well with Home Assistant and expose button presses, unlike the Eufy C30 or C31.

I don’t know a thing about Eufy. I’ve been using an Arlo doorbell camera for about four years, and three of their outdoor cameras for seven or eight…and I just bought three more. I’ve been very happy with them.
