I had bought an EZVIZ DB1 which I believe was originally built by hikvision, and it is actually a rebadged Hikvision DS-HD1, and is also sold as the RCA HSDB2A, LaView LV-PDB1630-U, Nelly’s NSC-DB2 and LTS LTH-7132-WIFI. It is a 3mp camera (2044x1536) with PIR motion sensor, onvif / rtsp connectivity, powered by original ac doorbell power, AND IT ACTUALLY WILL RING YOUR ORIGINAL HOME DOORBELL without having to build out some fancy controller to make it work (but most installations do require the power bypass device that it does come with, depending on the voltage of your system and the resistance of your wired doorbell). It also has a slot for an internal memory card that is accessible from the app, and they try to sell you online storage as well, but you do not need to use that. This unit, depending on the firmware installed, may or may not utilize the onvif connectivity and some of the features, but it is easy to find/download alternative firmware from all the manufacturers listed and (with the reception of certain ones) install any of the firmwares onto any of the rebranded devices. I used mine for a few years, the picture quality was quite surprisingly good, and the biggest issue I had was that people didn't realize the PIR sensor was not a button and mashed in the cover for it! Some people have had issues with wireless connectivity, as it appears to not have a very strong WiFi radio and if you don't have an access point or router nearby you might get signal drops. I eventually wanted to upgrade and upgraded to the DB1PRO which "appears to be" almost the same device build, but with a better resolution (2544x1888), h 265 capability, 5ghz wifi capability (supposedly, I couldn't get mine to do that), but they drop the PIR sensor and onvif capability (but still support rtsp streaming) Both of these cameras offer 2-way audio support via their app, and although I have not tried to set it up, I do believe it will support 2 way audio via HA if set up properly. I had retired /upgraded my original db1 by the time I started setting up HA in my home, but HA did recognize the DB1pro as soon as it went online; initially I had paired them and it recognized motion, doorbell presses, etc (I'm not sure of everything it was seeing) but I eventually Lost my HA setup (stupid mistake on my part removing double-install directories in my server - and then removing the wrong one!) and when I re-set my HA up again I opted to use the feeds from my frigate nvr setup (which was receiving video/audio from the EZVIZ doorbell camera) and silenced the nag to set up the EZVIZ directly. Tbh the original one did come with a few more mounting angle options, and the screw holes lined up perfectly with the original doorbell (I think; it's been a few years since I installed it, tbh; while the newer db1pro actually didn't have the same mounting hole positions, and fewer provided mounting wedges / angle options); and more colored faceplate options with the original db1 (one that fit my home's soft peach color almost perfectly), and I kinda liked it better for these minor details; the DB1pro does have better WiFi connectivity and slightly better picture quality, and I ended up switching it back to h.264 for better compatibility (I was hopeful for the h.265 option due to lower bandwidth / more efficient use of data stream & recording space but was having issues viewing it in some devices, but a fault of the camera but of the devices I was using); I do still use the EZVIZ app for real time alerts / 2-way calls when I'm away from home (this works good with pretty minimal lag, but there is a slight latency from the time a doorbell rings to the time the app responds; if somebody waits for a moment instead of ding dong ditch then you'll have time to answer them! But I'm still a new and fairly green user to both ha and frigate so I'm not relying much on (or even have setup) the 2-way features to either of the above systems. It (the iem app) does have the option to alert you if it senses motion, rather than only doorbell rings, as well; even the pro model without PIR senses motion through the camera itself, with maskable zones and sensitivity options. Oh also the app is free if you don't purchase online storage space; and you can still view recorded data on the locally installed micro-sd card from the app. I considered reolink as I do have a 5mp reolink camera that has appeared to be flawless (until I tried to connect it to some newer systems and have been plagued with random video stream disconnects due to reolink's terrible rtsp protocol implementation, apparently - even though it's on a wired Poe gigabit system! It's really bugging me and I can't seem to fix it!) I'm not sure if reolink's doorbell camera has the same issues, or if it's new enough that they fixed this issue in newer firmware for their newer devices? My reolink is a rlc420 and eol - no new firmwares being produced) But my main draw to the EZVIZ was the compatibility with my original wired chime/house wiring for power, and my previous good experiences with the brand (even though I dont believe this one is actually a hikvision rebrand, as it's missing the onvif capability and no other manufacturers rebranded it like the original version; there's not even a hikvision branded variant similar to the DB1PRO as far as I know!) There are a few small kinks, like you can't change the password without possibly losing access as there's no way to reset back to OEM password if you lose it, or I think I may have read that it is possible to brick it!?! there may have been a couple of other little tiny issues I've encountered but nothing I wasn't able to easily overcome; but that is my recommendation.

EZVIZ DB1 has an rtsp stream. But it is a little confusing to set up...

That’s what I have as well. Very happy with the solution. I do not ever want to pay for any kind of subscription if I don’t have to.

Ezviz are really good and great value. No recurring costs if you use a sd card in it. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ezviz-doorbell/s?k=ezviz+doorbell

Do you need it to work with a home speaker as that would be a factor. I have the Ezviz which is a very nice device but while it says it works with Google home, it doesn't.

I have an Ezviz door bell camera, the micro SD card is kept in the chime which is plugged in, in the hallway. Points to look out for, the chime has to be quite close, a couple of meters, and direct line of sight is recommended so a suitable socket is needed. Think about where the camera will be and where your wireless router is, I had to buy a cheap mesh system as my router was two walls and a corner away making a connection difficult, I also had a drive cam with the same problem so the mesh system worked great for both. Other than that they work great and have very good customer service too.
