Netatmo has been very reliable and local hosting is a nice one. Plus it can be powered by the existing transformer going to the original doorbell, keeping your current bell (NL setup).

Aqara doorbell is great. Just replaced my netatmo one with it. Netatmo is meh at best

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a reliable camera system to integrate with my HomeKit setup. My goal is to use the HomeKit app as my primary interface, without relying on any third-party apps. I’m already running "homebridge" and am a big fan of Unifi, so I have a few Unifi cameras, but I can’t set up PoE everywhere in my house. I also have a Netatmo doorbell, a Presence camera, and an Eve Outdoor Cam… but to be honest, they haven't really met my expectations. I'm considering Eufy, as I’d like a solution that works locally and keeps me independent. Any recommendations or experiences would be appreciated! Cheers

I do not link in comparison the image quality compared with the Netatmo. At night the quality is just bad…it looks good but the technology behind is out dated as it was released 😅 I had to place a new Access point 1-2m near the cam that it was working

Well I’ve tried 2. Netatmo, which I liked the premium design of, but they never released HKSV support Aqara, which doesn’t look so nice as the Netatmo, but works well, especially when used with a U200 door lock. Aqara had lots of issues when it first came out, but I think is pretty good now. This is typical Aqara, which is to release before really ready and treat what is really beta software as a v1.0

Yes, but not the doorbell, which is what this thread is about.
