Creative - GS3

Hi guys, i have a problem with Soundblaster gs3, when i watch live broadcast and soundbar is on, live start lagging or stoping, but when i mute or off soundbar everything is okay, did someone had the same problem, if yes, how you solve this?

Did you try connecting it with 3.5mm instead of USB-C

Buenas noches, acabo de comprar el creative blaster gs3 y me mola bastante pero hay una cosa que me rompe bastante las pelotas y es que cada vez que apago o pongo el pc en modo suspensión, salta una voz de comando diciendo en alto "bluetooth connected" o "bluetooth disconnected" y no encuentro por ninguna parte la posibilidad de quitar esto, no hay opción... si alguno supiera se lo agaradecería mucho.

I just bought mine yesterday and as a fan of clear sound and no bass, they seemed a bit too much, but the sound quality is still supreme compared to other soundbars in the same price range, so I kept it. If I ever wanna play a game where sound directions matter, I swap to a proper headset, which beats anything but a full external surround sound system anyway. I've been trying to figure out how to manually reduce base on this thing but seems impossible without purchasing an additional Sound Blaster Console, which is another 25 quid and defeats the idea of a cheap sound setup.
