The entire Cinema series is terrible. Sound-wise they're alright but reliability they're all terrible. I first had the Cinema 400 & eventually got the Cinema 600. The Cinema 400 started acting up like not turning on immediately. I sold it, got the 600 & Eventually the 600 started doing the same thing. And I actually had 2 of the 600's fully died on me. You'd see the power light indication just flickering & shit. And apparently it was the same story for the Cinema 800 & 1200 too. But the Flexus system really seems like a step up. The app connection feels seamless. I think the Flexus system is a huge step forward with having Onkyo (a huge AV name) taking care of the internal electronics.

I have a Klipsch Cinema 800 5.1. There used to be a bug with Sony TV's where the rear speakers would buzz, but a firmware update fixed it. I do occasionally need to force reset it but otherwise works well.
