LG S70TY (3.1.1 Channel)

I’ve been using the [LG S70TY](https://amzn.to/486eJS8) and it’s been really great, had to turn the sub woofer down tho haha 😆

I received the LG DS70TY 3.1.1 Dolby Atmos yesterday and am very surprised on the sound quality. For 230 EUR on Amazon it's quite a bang for buck.

The WOW orchestra is worth it to stick with LG. Normally, when you plug in a soundbar, your TV speakers turn off. WOW Orchestra changes that so the TV speakers and the soundbar work together at the same time. However, have you looked into the S70TY 3.1.1 channel with Dolby Atmos instead of the S60TR? It is still from their 2024 lineup but it has a dedicated up-firing center channel. If you’re a gamer, this setup with your c5 supports 120Hz pass-through, so you won’t lose any of that smooth PS5/Xbox performance. It is in your budget still, usually runs about 350. But its on sale for March Madness promos on lots of sites. I saw it on LG, Best Buy and walts for around 240-296. Maybe your local store you're working with can match that.

I have the S70 I got for free with my C5. They are ok soundbars but don’t expect to be completely blown away. I do some gaming on my C5 and it can sound really good playing Battlefield. Regular TV watching it’s just ok to below average.
