Get a soundbar that has an HDMI in and an HDMI out. Run the Apple TV to the soundbar first, then the soundbar to an HDMI input on your TV. This is how I have a LG C2 connected to a LG soundbar. It works perfectly.
r/appletv ā¢ Soundbar ->Good point. The LG Iām using is a SK8 from 5-6 years back. The software for it has an audio sync function in case the delay is an issue. The Apple TV does a good job sending Dolby Atmos when available and the soundbar picks it up and passes through the correct video stream to the TV.
