LG SN9YG with sub It's...ok... I dont really get to listen to it very loud because I have a downstairs neighbor in an old 2 fam house. I've only used it with the sub once to watch Blade Runner 2049 on higher volume and it was nice to finally enjoy, but i didnt try it on max. I have the bluetooth surround speaker pair too. Music (apps) dont work well with it, the higher you go the worse the music gets and it just becomes noise. But to be honest I haven't tried loud music on it since I first got it, considering my computer is right next to it and I use different speakers for that. There's an occasional speaker "pop" from the soundbar that happens if my tv (CX) is on standby. Not a fan of the LED panel being dead center and letters being visible while watching movies in the dark.

Soundbars arent bad, just gotta do some deal hunting. Found LG SN9YG for 50$, 5.1.2 with wireless woofer, (was a gift to a friend who ran TV speakers), actually was surprised of how good it sounded.

I tried that wit my LG SN9YG and LG SK8000 and couldn’t get it to work, I ATV4K into TV via HDMI and then from the TV to the sound bar.

The Samsung tv will help with center channel with the Q symphony I believe. Prob will not notice much if at all. Samsung as others had said is def a far better bang for your buck. I don’t consider myself an audio expect but I had what I thought was a nice lg 5.1.2 soundbar and the Samsung blows it away. Voice clarity is what shocked me the most. All ranges of sounds are more defined and crisp even when only steaming. 4k Blu-ray Discs up the level another few notches. There are a bunch of posts on this subreddit explaining how to save a bunch of money ordering some Samsung directly if you choose to go with that soundbar
