Check out Polk S2, good bang for your buck with a subwoofer.
r/Soundbars • Looking to buy parents a soundbar ->I have the Polk signa s2. Here is my input on it. The sub is just enough to feel you have bass but it’s not going to shake anything. The remote feels very very cheap and the system has a stupid auto off after 15 min which is annoying but it seems like there is a way to turn it off. The sound quality is ok for what you pay. Would only recommend it if and only if you buy it used and you live in an apartment complex where having an awesome sub will result in complaints to the leasing office. Most def don’t pay full price.
r/Soundbars • What are the Best Budget Soundbar Now? ->That I’m not sure. I will add though to my original comment that the s2 auto turns off after about 15min of inactivity. There is a way to disable this according to the manual, however for me it seems to be temporary. After a power cycle, it reverts back to the ~15min auto shutoff which is a pain in the ass.
r/Soundbars • What are the Best Budget Soundbar Now? ->Polk Audio Signa S2, 2.1 soundbar; sounds excellent for dialogue, connect it with either HDMI eARC, or optical. No app needed
r/Soundbars • Best Simple Soundbar under $200 ->Umm You guys might like this. Take a Look at the polk signa s2 price here. $129.00 ! I already ordered mine. https://www.polkaudio.com/en-us/product/sound-bars/bluetooth-sound-bars/signa-s2d/300731-new.html
r/Soundbars • Polk Signa S2 ->Actually on the polk site its the S2D which is slightly better than the S2!
r/Soundbars • Polk Signa S2 ->Polk Signa S2D. It's within budget and a small wireless subwoofer is included. While it's probably still just a marginal improvement over the tv speakers, I'd expect it to give noticeably clearer dialogue and some more bass.
r/hometheater • I got a 98” TCL Q6 and I need recommendations on a budget surround sound (~$350) until I save up for a much upgraded system. ->I have the signa 2 which has very good sound but I'm planning to upgrade. I looked at several systems but I come back to this one for the price and sound. Highly rated at rtings too. Only wish best buy carried it so I could check out a demo first. Maybe video only carries the Magnifi where I can get a really low price.
r/Soundbars • POLK Magnifi MAX AX SR - highly underrated ->The Signa S2 (which I've had for a few years) provides good audio (and comes with a subwoofer) for under $200. For the price, and given your budget, I would recommend it.
r/Soundbars • Sound Bar recommendation ->Same here using it for last 5 years . No issues till now.
r/Soundbars • Best Simple Soundbar under $200 ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
