Signa S2D

C2 65 inch, Pola Signa S2. Planning your upgrade to Polk Magnifi series. For the size of my apt 7/10.

Polk Signa S2D. It's within budget and a small wireless subwoofer is included. While it's probably still just a marginal improvement over the tv speakers, I'd expect it to give noticeably clearer dialogue and some more bass.

I have the signa 2 which has very good sound but I'm planning to upgrade. I looked at several systems but I come back to this one for the price and sound. Highly rated at rtings too. Only wish best buy carried it so I could check out a demo first. Maybe video only carries the Magnifi where I can get a really low price.

The Signa S2 (which I've had for a few years) provides good audio (and comes with a subwoofer) for under $200. For the price, and given your budget, I would recommend it.

I have a C1 OLED and Polk Signa soundbar in the bedroom, and works great with blackout curtains. Just got a TCL QM7K for our large and bright living room, paired with a Samsung Q990D soundbar; it’s a killer setup and near-OLED black levels but much, much brighter than the OLED. So if your room is actually bright, I would recommend TCL QM7K/QM8K paired with the Samsung Q990D/F depending on sales. I run our Apple TV 4K directly into the Q990D soundbar and it works flawlessly, with the Apple TV remote controlling everything.
