If you wanna spend in the $250 to $300 range you cant go wrong with the Samsung B750D or the B750F. They both have bass boost and the B750F has Q-symphony. I have the B750D in my bedroom. I absolutely love the sound. I bought a B750F off Ebay last week for my 75' Samsung in my Livingroom for $250. I'm not disappointed in my purchase at all.

I had this same experience. Then I gave my B650 to one of my sons and bought the B750D. It has bass boost. The bass won't disappoint. I bought a B750F for my living room last week. That one is the same as the B750D but it has Q-symphony.

Yes the F is better. I bought my rear speakers on Ebay last week. I saw them on Amazon also.

I just got that bar for a middle range Samsung tv for my living room. I just can tell you that for the price, this soundbar delivers an amazing sound and a kick ass subwoofer complete the experience! Also I love the wireless Q-Symphony connection as it saves you an HDMI spot and connects to a solid 5 GHz band. The only downside is that you need the SmartThings app to sync the subwoofer and the rear speakers and talking about rear speakers, they also sync wireless to the soundbar, but they connect each other with old fashion speaker cables, so that’s something to keep in mind, but like I said it has an unbeatable price at Best Buy!

I was going to buy this exact model for $700 buck a couple days ago at BestBuy, instead I went with the Samsung Q930D that was on clearance for $850. I'm glad I did and am loving the Q930d sound system. The one thing that held me back from getting the QS750F was that the rear speakers are wired together. I wanted an all wireless speaker system (only needing to plug them each to a power outlet). But if that is no issue, from what I've researched, the QS750F is a great buy. I think I would have been happy with it regardless but in 2026 I want my speakers to be all wireless. Another option that I actually bought but am returning is the Sony Bravia Theatre System 6. It's new and only $600 at Bestbuy. The bass hits hard with the subwoofer. I'm talking it feels 20 times more powerful than even the Q930d. My issue and reason I am returning is the rear speakers are not only wired together, they are wired to a bulky mac mini looking box. Also, the soundbar is wired to the subwoofer and all the connections go to the subwoofer. It did not feel wireless at all in any way. Oh and also with the Sony Bravia Theatre System 6, the soundbar does not have upfiring speakers on it. It makes the sound feel like its coming from a small box directly in front of you. With upfiring speakers on other soundbars, it makes the sound feel wider and more open. Overall though I think the QS750f would be a great buy. Only has 1 wire between the rear speakers, the soundbar has upfiring speakers, the subwoofer looks to be really good according to reviews. It has wireless capabilities like chromecast to it. I don't think you can go wrong with it.

It’s amazing from my experience, not many reviews except those from Best Buy but it’s 5 stars so far.

I just got it yesterday for my room and it's pretty good. Subwoofer produces clean and clear bass. I've found myself having to adjust volume sometimes and the center channel but that might have to do with the content I'm watching(YouTube and stuff on Hulu) and I keep the volume on the lower side and I turned on Voice enhancement because sometimes voices sounded too low. This is my first 5.1.2 system as all I've had before was regular soundbars, and so far so good. Got it at best buy for $479. Hard pressed to beat that price for something of this quality. This purchase has made me curious about that Q800d, Q990D and Q930F and I was looking at the Hisense Q85H which was around the same price

I bought the sonos beam and I wasn't impressed. Voices still were too low for me but bass was good for a soundbar. Bought a Samsung QS750F instead. Pleased with the purchase so far.

Samsung HW-Q750F. I got it at bestbuy on sale for $479. It was either this or the Hisense.

HomePods are amazing, but they'll never beat a proper cinema system. If you want to make use of HomePods also, then sure go for them. But if your priority is better sound whilst playing games/watching movies or tv, Cinema system all day. Also if there's any way your budget can stretch then I would swap to the QS750F from Samsung which will give you surround sound and better quality all around. It's about £150-200 more but totally worth the price.

I'm personally not a fan of LG sound bars. I was looking on Woot and you can get a new Samsung Q750F 5.1.2 sound bar for $500. I think this would be the best you can get for the budget. I am also in an apartment as well, and having wireless rear speakers is nice for the surround effect. However, with the rear surrounds they can distribute ambient effects and directional audio away from the front channels. That lets the center channel handle dialog more cleanly, without being crowded by all the other elements in the mix. So if you have to listen at a low volume, you can do so and still be able to hear conversations without it being crowded by everything else.

This is like if someone asks "do I buy a civic or Corolla" and you answer "get the Porsche 911 on sale" lol Entry to midrange systems can sound awesome especially given the source audio. A Q990f playing YouTube or basic Netflix would not be at full potential anyways. Re: OP's question though, I was personally considering the B750F versus Q600C (North American model number) which should be equivalent to what you are looking at. I wanted to get B750F simply due to it priced lower, because adding two virtual surrounds (B750F) versus two virtual up-firing channels (Q600C) make marginal difference to me, since neither will be great. You can safely pick the one at the right price.
