I don’t really have any experience with it. but i have heard the b650 quite a lot and that one packs a punch for its price. i have the Q600B (3.1.2) in my living room and that one also performs very well. i think you’d be very pleased with the 750.
the living room has the Q600B , that one works well! no complaints. and then in my bedroom , i have the SW61B that’s paired with rears (Swa 9200s) and a subwoofer (SWA 510) that i use for my TV via airplay (with an apple tv) and i also have it hooked up to my computer via optical cable. this little thing packs a punch , especially the sub.
Soundbar samsung q600b e comprei as caixas traseiras 9200. Acho que elas dão um som muito baixo em relação à soundbar. Já pus em +6. Alguma dica de calibração que me possa a ajudar?

It’s gone now so I can’t be certain, but I believe it was a q600b from ~2023. Probably paid $350ish? I guess I have to disagree with you. To me it was 3x the price AND 3x better. I played them side by side before I gave my old one away and remember thinking holy cow this old bar is truly awful by comparison. Super tinny, pathetic bass, not particularly clear. Like I said hardly, better than the tv speakers (maybe i had better than average tv speakers? Idk) It’s also worth mentioning the q990f comes with surround speakers and a dual driver sub, so not exactly comparing apples to apples on the price. That being said, if it wasn’t on sale for a killer deal I would absolutely not encourage anyone to buy it at or near full price.
There are 2 ways to go here, depends on your priorities on which you end up choosing. Don't go for an dollby atmos system, if music listening is what you are after, stick to a 2.1 system and or a soundbar, 2.1, 3.1 or 5.1 path 1: Out of everything that you have listed, I have heard the Sony, would be my pick, haven't heard the LG, but if it is anywhere near the combination of LG SC9S with a spk8 and or if you can demo it, I'd say go for it because the combo I mentioned sounded pretty nice, but for the slightly high treble, which can be adjusted through the remote, and might be even better than the sony. The samsung 600B is nice, but it kinda messes up the sound when the volume is maxed, which in my books even though you won't be running it at max most of the time is a minus. The Sony S40R by far is the nicest sounding of them all barring the lg(haven't listened to it) the only slight issue is it needs wireing for the rears? if I remember correctly, and the fact that it has only 1 hdmi port, okay if you plan on attaching it to a smart TV, not so much when you have a firestick and a bunch of other things. in terms of sound and music listening specificly, it's quite good. If you can strech your budget a bit more, and don't mind wires, try getting either the sony 500RF or 700RF 700 is significantly more than your budget, but sounds as much good for that price. path 2: If you are willing to forgo certain newer tech such as blutooth, hdmi etc, the logitech z906 will shake your world and windos in your budget and would give you the sound to jump for in or around 30k. TLDR: listen to the lg, sony is best among all those, no experience with Zebronics, for the odball but best sound? logitech z906. Hope that helps some
Samsung HW-Q600 is fantastic at the $350 range as well. I recommend them to clients all the time as a geek squad installer
I’d like to welcome a technical discussion on this. I’m not an audiophile, but I have some really great stereo speaker systems that sound wonderful and create a very pleasant music listening experience. I am an amateur music producer and I’m quite familiar with various speakers. (loudspeakers, studio monitors, reference monitors, etc..) What I don’t *fully* understand is - why does my soundbar sound so awful during music playback? (I have a Samsung Q600-F w/ rears). I enjoy this soundbar’s performance for movies and TV (I tend to locally stream blu-ray remux quality media with lossless audio). I’m aware there are “better” soundbars, but I really enjoy mine. Audio is punchy, spacious, and accurate. The sub hits nicely and tight and the highs are pleasant and controlled. Let’s say I try to crank an AC/DC song, or a sub-heavy hip-hop song; it sounds like GARBAGE! The best I can explain is that it sounds like someone lined up 15 smartphones in a row then stuck a sub in the mix. Music sounds absolutely flat in the worst way - almost sounds like I’m listening to a mono signal. Sub doesn’t even hit as well as my 20 year old Logitech computer speakers (with sub) that I use for low quality A/B testing and mixdowns. I know the drivers themselves are small, and I’m assuming it all comes down to this. I’d imagine that the positioning of the drivers also results in a lack of “punchiness” because they’re facing all over the place. My brain is used to the triangle shape sound imaging you get from a pair of stereo speakers. Can anyone provide more detailed context as to what causes this? Why do many people report the same thing? On a perception level, what is going on? On a technical level, what is going on? Is there any way to mitigate this or trick our perception on a system such as the Q600-F?
TV speakers are not made for enjoyment. Get a cheaper one (Samsung Q-series) with a sub, but like people said, spend what you can, as they get crazy good. Recently did some shopping and got a Q600-f setup for super cheap, but make sure that your bar integrates with your tv remotes volume at the very least. Most bars and tvs are hdmi-ARC compatible, so look for that.
I bought a samsung Q-600 soundbar for more or less $200 as it was set to be replaced by the next year's version
Reject this. Buy Philips 8967 or Samsung Q600 Series. Far better 🙏 After meridian is gone, LG has screwed up big time.
I think Q700F onwards the subwoofer has got a rehaul. Q600F might have the same one as the previous version
