the 700rf is a good deal even if it's rather old (having been launched in 2018) doesn't matter as much in the speaker world, it has a great sound, as long as you can deal with the wired rears, and a single hdmi port. ATMOS doesn't really matter as much when dealing with soundbars, even the best of the best barring the ht9a soundbar might give you the feeling of atmos, but like it's bairly even there. so yeah, at that price nothing beats it, and as long as you are aware of the limitations that I have mentioned above you should be golden, the sony HT-S2000 including SW3 and RS3S would be something I'd stay far far away from. 990D is obviously good if you can get warranty for it, but you are paying almost double to get a better sounding bar for movies, but not so much for music, both of which the 700rf is quite good at.
