$80? I just paid $299 for it! You got a bargain in comparison. I've read that the new update also improves the surround speakers. Do you find that to be the case?
r/Soundbars • Anybody Have the Ultimea S80? ->I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality. Take this from someone who has never owned a surround sound system before. I live in a small apartment, so my needs are not great when it comes to a sound system. I initially had an issue with the bar connecting to the subwoofer, but it seemed to be my error. I immediately updated the firmware out of the box, but had to roll it back to factory to pair them. Afterwards I had no issues with pairing. Sometimes the bar loses the earc signal and defaults back to arc, but can't figure out if it's an issue with my tv. I just cycle through the inputs on the bar and it usually comes back. The bass is quite good, and the surround sound speakers are quite punchy even at 50 volume. They can also be adjusted individually from the bar and subwoofer. I figured for 299 it was worth a chance with a 2 year warranty. Again, I'm not a very experienced or needy audiophile, but it suits my needs. Hope this helps.
r/Soundbars • Anybody Have the Ultimea S80? ->The soundbar is still going. Even with the most recent update , this really annoying thing happens where the Earc connection gets lost between my TV and the soundbar, and I have to shut everything off and on again, sometimes multiple times. It's inconvenience, but not sure if it's a TV or soundbar issue
r/Soundbars • Anybody Have the Ultimea S80? ->Il a raison , cette marque fait partie des produits temu, tester 2 modèles , 2 modèles ultimea D80 et s80, les 2 avaient des soucis, le sav est déplorable, ils ne connaissent pas grand choses .......
r/Soundbars • Ultimea Poseidon D80 vs Ultimea Nova S80 ->Idk ultimea for 5.1 worked great for 100€ without any additional receiver, cabling etc. Supports decoding Dolby Atmos and eARC. That's 100€ (constantly on sale) to instantly upgrade any TV to greater sound. They are miles better than those single bar sound bars with in-bar "subwoofer". Their stuff is definitely cheap. The wall plugs have electrical humming and the rear speakers have a slight deep hissing sound. But that thing sounds much better than equally cheap Soundbars.
r/Soundbars • are 5.1 bars without separate speakers okay? ->I've tried 3 ultima systems in the past 8 or so months. A 5.1 a 7.1 and a 7.1.4. all 3 of them had really bad surround speaker volume. The best was the 7.1.4 but that's probably from the extra 2 upfiring channels in the back. The 5.1 and 7.1 both had an amazing subwoofer and bass as well as a great sound bar but before I returned them via Amazon the last 10 days of testing both systems I didn't even bother to turn on the surround speakers they were borderline useless.
r/Soundbars • Anyone have experience with the ULTIMEA brand? ->I have a little Ultimea paired with my bedroom tv. Sounds pretty good for the price!
r/Soundbars • [deleted by user] ->Exactly- I paid $50 for it and for the price it sounds fine for bedroom television volumes
