Looking good! Ummm, still more room for a larger tv! HAHA! I just got my Ultimea Skywave X70 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos dual up firing front & rear speakers w/10" Sub down to 20hz. Very happy with how it performs!

With the up firing front & rear speakers, The Skywave is really cool. I have the Skywave X60 which is the baby brother up on Ebay brand new untouched if anybody is interested for a nice price. 700 on Am... only 500 buy it now. The X60 is an 8" subwoofer instead of a 10" but still goes down to 28hz. Slightly less wattage, but everything else is all the same. It truly is a high end system at more budget pricing. It has Xupmix which will upgrade stereo & 5.1 for Atmos sound. These are a beast. [https://www.ebay.com/itm/277465478895](https://www.ebay.com/itm/277465478895)

[ULTIMEA SKYWAVE X70 7.1.4 Surround Sound System](https://preview.redd.it/h0xnvm7o3akf1.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=432555a6b496f6660e4fd1301c27ec6452544079) My friend sent me a sample from their company that haven't been released yet, just share my testing result. This product from an unknown brand called ULTIMEA. TBH, before I met my friend (who works there), I’d only seen a few videos about it on Youtube. Okay, letz do it. The packaging feels nice. It actually looks a little bit premium. (the sale price will be $699, maybe) It comes with a soundbar and 2 satellite speakers, the subwoofer, a 10-inch one. The specs claim it can go down to 20Hz, though I’m not sure how true from 10", bc I have a SVS SB-1000 Pro 13" it only just goes down to 20Hz and cost me $599... We’ll talk about it later. I am gonna to talk about the sound. I tried it out with a couple of action movies and some Dolby demo videos. As for the soundstage, it’s ok, and the surround effect comes through well. (Btw my setup is LG S95TR) Next up, the upward-firing speakers. I tried some rain and thunder effects, and I can really sense the sound coming from above. But it’s not super sharp and clean, maybe about 80% of the S95TR. Could be because it’s missing one unit (S95TR 9.1.5, This 7.1.4), not totally sure. The front soundbar vocals that are clear. But honestly, at this 500+ price range, good vocals are a given, there’s really no question about it.. The most of people care about the subwoofer. I hooked it up to my phone and played some tones from 40Hz all the way down to 20Hz. (used APP called SONIC) I don’t have professional testing software to verify if it really reaches 20Hz, but generally speaking, 20Hz is hard to hear with your ears and more physically feeling.(Can someone tell me if there’s an easier way to test range?)I started playing from 40Hz and I tried it with action movies earlier, sounded clean and punchy and I’d say it sounds great around 40Hz. When I dropped it down to 20Hz, it still put out some low-end rumble. I put my hand on it, and i could feel the good vibrations. TBH it feels about the same as my SVS SB-1000 13". (maybe 90% look like) I’d say this set is on par with a professional soundbar. The material are great, and the sound gets 80% close of some top brands. If you’ve got a bigger budget I still you can check out other systems (990D, LGS95TR, JBL1000 ). But I mean if you’re under $1,000, this one maybe a great buy definitely good value for money

I've tried 3 ultima systems in the past 8 or so months. A 5.1 a 7.1 and a 7.1.4. all 3 of them had really bad surround speaker volume. The best was the 7.1.4 but that's probably from the extra 2 upfiring channels in the back. The 5.1 and 7.1 both had an amazing subwoofer and bass as well as a great sound bar but before I returned them via Amazon the last 10 days of testing both systems I didn't even bother to turn on the surround speakers they were borderline useless.

got the 7.1 system. looking for replacement asap. Bass isn't bad, but the rest of the sound is AWFUL. it sounds very much like the early smart phones when you try and play music at any volume on speakerphone, and it has no treble, mids, highs, etc.

I have a little Ultimea paired with my bedroom tv. Sounds pretty good for the price!
