VIZIO - V-Series 5.1 Home Theater Sound Bar

I’d recommend the Vizio V series 5.1.

Out of those listed, the Vizio. They make great budget to mid level soundbar systems.

I have a HomePod mini and think it sounds awful. A 15 buck cheap Chinese pick my wife got me for work sounds better I would use the Vizio soundbar and sub until you found some amazing deal on a black Friday or something

My tv speakers were so bad I bought a cheap Vizio 5.1 and it’s great for my needs Left right and sub and I think two more speakers in bar Has a pretty good Bluetooth to stream pandora from my phone Paid $139 on Amazon refurbished several years ago. I noticed just this week that Walmart has news ones for $199. But I wouldn’t over look refurbished on Amazon. Warranty not bad

I'll say this as a Vizio 5.1 owner, it's alright. It's very light, plastic and simple. Plug into your earc connection, that's the only choice you have. There's no remote (which I'm ok with, tired of too many remotes). The app sucks. It's slow to connect and move around. The sound quality is cool. I'm not an audiophile. I don't have the ears for that anymore. But my 4k blu rays of Dune Part 2, Deadpool and Wolverine, and LOTR all were pretty fun. The tiny sub put out more bass than I expected. The sound is very localized, you know which speaker is making noises. I came from a 10+ year old Vizio sound bar, but the price for this one ($160 black Friday) was very tempting. This will be the last Vizio product I buy. I'm saving up for a standalone 5.1 later. But for right now, it's fun. I don't expect it to last ten years, like my last one did. Don't expect to be amazed, just enjoy the boom and rumble lol

Out of the 2, the LG is better but not by enough to really warrant the price difference. Gotta Vizio.

I have that Vizio 5.1 and it's definitely worth it for the price

Got a Vizio 5.1 sound bar setup hooked up via HDMI arc Latency isn't bad, it's like on average like 85ms (more or less depending on the system and game). I only had to get it to 300ms on Fortnite Festival but that's just standard for some ungodly reason.

I have the 5.1 version of this that I bought years ago and I still love it. It’s being used right now! I can’t believe the amount of bass from the cute little sub.
